Oh, there's nothing obligatory about Thea. Mangs explicitly had her made like hotter trash than usual as a trap. Hot female myrmidon whom FE players will be gravitated towards immediately? Make her so dogshit, it will be as if the players are actively punishing themselves should they use and invest in her.

I like Andaron Saga Thea actually because with defiance from Shom she's (at least in the earlier versions of the game, idk about now) one of your premiere dodgetanks in a game where it's not easy to dodgetank, and if you 20/1 her in time for the chapter 7 wyvern death squad, she has good numbers against them + wyrmslayer to play around pyrion shield, powerspikes really hard because of adept and luna, and picks up nihil later. The only thing really holding her back is she has no 2 range in a 1-2 range game.

please don't ask me to make an effortpost showcasing this because i am probably autistic enough to do it
 
Quasi-related: you have to make a FE romhack based off the antics of a lolcow. Who do you choose? What would be the story? What class would they be?

I probably wouldn't center it around one in particular. I'd have each of them be bosses and the chapter would center around their antics. The protagonist doesn't matter all that much. But, maybe Metokur? I dunno, people who document this shit all have their own baggage and I don't want to think too hard about it.

I would say I'd play a hack centered around the idea but it and whoever would be crazy enough to develop it would probably be somehow afflicted with the Sonichu curse.

Given how many times Jim pops up as a recurring side-character in so many different lolcow arcs he'd either be a unit that keeps being brought up in the story that you only get right before the final chapter or the New Game+ final boss.

See guys she's not that bad she is shit I basically just fielded her whenever there's a ton of axe enemies she even solo'd most of the ashburn axe knights in the Holtmeier somehow even though a lot of em had swordreavers.

I kinda screwed up early game I knew the game used FE9 supports system but I didn't know supports were that important unit wise so I just popped supports randomly so my Shay couldn't get B support Shom so she couldn't use Tomes. I ended up with my only Regalia users besides Dawn were Christina with Rosethorn and Theodor with Alaster.

Best units were Galeforce Helga and Isabelle. I found out Isabelle can steal Dawncaller and she was able to solo Brianna's harbinger squad in the Holtmeier map. My disappointing unit is probably Victoria I got baited by her brave skill and I don't like how her portrait looks too much like FE9 Jill. I got her A support with Jakka though. Only units I ended up killing were Ralfnir since he suicided and I didn't reset for him and Aubrey since I only had 30k gold and forgot to deploy Colter.

I like how the gameplay for the most part still feels like vanilla gbafe without turning into a crazy skill emblem game like a lot of romhacks become. The last romhack I played was Project Ember and that hack tried "rebalancing" FE6 by just making everyone OP so it feels kinda funny how much more tame this game's units felt by comparison.

I'm looking forward to replaying the Andaron after Rebellion where I actually try raising the Regalia users. I believe Mangs said they want to release a remastered rom around its 2nd year anniversary. From what little I know of Rebellion it looks like it tries to be like Thracia in terms of story scale and is a lot shorter and focuses more on replayability IE: content farm for Mangs streams over being a long 30 chapter epic

I like the story FE4 tries to tell so this game basically being a more fleshed out / blatant rip off of FE4 was fine with me and I liked all the dumb little Jugdral injokes like a magical archer with high movement joining you in a chapter where axe units attack villages, red haired green unit that becomes the enemy later giving you a silver sword if the mc that will die halfway through the game talks to them, etc.

Apparently there were some complaints that the tone was too comedic at times but for me I found it just right. If you want an SRPG story that tries to be 100% serious all the time you get Triangle Strategy which while I liked the game that was one of my complaints with that game. I genuinely really like the story and it just makes me sad we won't get anything like this anymore in modern nu-fe.

In Mangs' streams the Alvaro dungeon just used regular FE8 tilesets but when I played both this and the secret ch32 had a custom bloody tileset so I guess they added that at some point.

They really wanted to sell how scary and disgusting Alvaro's abominations were but I feel like finding a surviving Samuel at the end of the
Alvaro map kinda lessens that impact.

If they're supposed to be disgusting tortured zombie corpses turned supersoldiers then I don't like how Samuel still lives a little bit after you fight harbinger Samuel so you can choose to forgive him or not. I would've preferred if they just found Sam's lifeless corpse and they don't even show his portrait. So literally what FE8 does with Orson the corpsefucker's corpse wife. Also I'm assuming the Shom Jacob stuff is someone in the team's angsty gay fanfic inserted.
My bad, I just wanted to autistically sperg a bit about it since I enjoyed playing it but I played it late and this game isn't allowed to be discussed anywhere because Mangs is still persona non grata everywhere and I'm not joining their discord.

Mangs is slowly building up his own FE clique with Speedwinghere, FireEmbros, PH and some others.

As NerdShamer said the only one even mentioning Mangs is that MasterKnight guy but even he is starting to get shunned.

I'm in Mekkah's discord group with an alt and looking for the word "Mangs" with the search feature shows that he is rarely mentioned now.
I am honestly convinced it's some sort of bad word there at this point, either that or they just straight up banned everyone who is sympathetic and only Mekkah subscribers remain.

I guess I can give my opinion on the whole thing too.
Bottom line is none of us were there when Mangs was alone with Goosaphone so we don't know what has happened.
He could have touched boob, he could have dryhumped her, both were drunk at the time apparently.

But the conduct of Goosaphone and her SYCOPHANS was absolutely disgusting and two-faced once allegations of one of their own came to light, "She is hijacking my victimhood" anyone?
Even if Mangs did touch a boob and dryhumped her what was he supposed to do to attone?

What were these people expecting exactly?
For him to turn himself in to a foreign police for charges that were never brought against him?
To burn his channel, his passion to the ground and never come back?
To actually go through with killing himself?

No matter what he would have done to appease these people, it never would have been enough. Mangs was now the devil and he would stay the devil forevermore evidently.
No one wanted him to improve, they wanted him gone.

But he pulled through, he went to therapy on his own, stopped drinking and now he has a loving wife and a loyal fanbase and is doing better than ever.
And the communities' response?
Seething, loathing, banning whoever likes him or collabs with him.

What a genuinely toxic environment to be and I am happy Mangs is taking charge and has many people to collab with.

The last time I saw her was when Chuggaaconroy commissioned her to cosplay the femc of BW2 on his announcement video for the LP.

Chuggaa was actually cancelled by a troon last year and a bunch of women and "women" #MeToo'd him. Goose was harassed by people basically asking her hey why aren't you #MeToo'ing him too? You already have experience doing so with Mangs.

Unrelated but Chuggaa has since been on a similar revival arc as Mangs going back to making videos on both his channels and the people who accused him coping and seething.

I honestly hope Joon does (as unlikely as it is). Joon's a decent documentarian and the amount of seethe from the usual suspects over a widely circulated video exonerating Mangs and pointing out their gayops would be kino.

I like looking at stupid shit on the FE subreddit, and every single time there's an 'FE Youtuber' or 'Rom hack' thread - which is basically monthly - some clueless goober, or more likely some falseflagging jannoid on a moral crusade, gets their posts deleted bringing up Mangs or his hacks. Footage could come out right now in 4K of Mangs screaming "Haymaker!" like he's activating Grimm's SCOP, punching out Goose's teeth (which are probably on their way out at this point anyway from the meth and having her victimhood stolen), forcing her to suck his egg off for an entire Path of Radiance enemy phase, and then looking into the camera and calling me, personally, a retarded faggot for not liking FE4, and I'd still consider him the more likable and lesser of two evils and it's not even close.
