That's what I do, and it's more than worth it. I also tend to get her Profiteer AND pass it to her kids, it can be kinda useful when you're strapped for cash.
Imo aptitude is far more worth passing on her child than any other skills since its unobtainable by anyone but Mozu herself
And there is a DLC chapter that solely made for farming gold if you are financially broke so Profiteer doesnt really much of a deal for me considering you can also get gold bar for feeding the tiny maid dragon too

Interesting:
>TL;DR Despite fan fears, Engage might not have gacha mechanics due to Korea's GRAC rating board stating there are no gambling mechanics
I hope the theory is correct. Part of me is happy Heroes has given so much exposure to the series for casuals so they can actually play the real games in the series, but I also hate how this cancerous mobile trash has started to influence the main series. The fact this is even a question for fans shows the degree of mobile rot seeping into the foundation of the series. Mobile gaming and its consequences have been an absolute disaster for the gaming industry.

Now all we got is a Genshin Impact looking husk of a game lmao. It better be fun. That’s all I gotta say.

Nintendo needs to shut the fuck up about Fire Emblem and release Advance Wars Rebootcamp. It is finished. Where the fuck is it? Nobody cares about Ukraine anymore except faggots. Release the game!!

Advanced Wars sucked dick.

In the Fire Emblem thread, no less.

I don't feel like watching some faggot's content-farming YouTube channel, so I have to ask:

Has there been any official source that remotely suggested that Engage was going to have a gacha mechanics before now or is this some retarded thing FE fans baselessly churned the rumor mill about just because "Engage has hero summoning, Heroes has hero summoning, ergo, Engage is totally going to have gachashit!", despite the fact what what little gameplay footage we have has the bones of a non-gachashit, basic bitch Fire Emblem game? Because I did some very brief looking and I literally only saw YouTube videos pop up speculating about Engage being gachashit, whereas most outlets ran with articles just stating what we've been officially shown thus far, which does not include any mention of a gacha.

Nintendo YouTube is a circlejerk of misinformation and pedophilia. Get Nintendo news from Nintendo themselves.

shameful shameful shit. The Wars series is literally made by the same studio and serves as not only the foundation of FE but a critical touchstone for SRPGs in general. Zoomers are a fucking cancer. Read more and show some respect nigger

Its pure speculation, but its not entirely unwarranted given:
1) The map interface and UI looks like a mobile gacha game
2) The general aesthetic reeks of a mobile gacha game
3) The overwhelming popularity and renewed focus of Heroes...a gacha game

Bruh it was a shitpost chill, I'm not even a zoomer I am a millennial.

As the least biased and most objective of all men I'm not excited for Engage.
Not merely for the style but because I find "multiple universes" to be draining: the setup is always arbitrary, the possibilities are limitless yet somehow manage to be small in scope, and my investment in any one reality goes down.

It's fine if there are two worlds intermingling with one another, or a single alternate timeline, because that can be fun and poignant without powerscaling the entire universe the story takes place in.

Yeah and not going to lie, Fire Emblem's handling of Multiverses is really lame since it's just characters being conscripted to work for some new OCs that are not that well written.

Has anyone played any FE fan hacks? I've been playing this and have been blown away at the quality:
It's straight up a full ass game, with writing that's leagues better than the generic dross that IS cranks out. Gameplay's not half bad either

Guess I got baited...oh well win some lose some.

I haven't played Vision quest yet, but a negative I've heard is that the event scripting is kinda bad, and most cutscenes are just "characters show up and vanish off screen" with barely any stuff like map cutscenes.
As for other romhacks, there is this image which i have seen circulating on /feg/ and sometimes /v/, i haven't played all of them but I can vouch for DLatMoL and SoHaE's quality. Tacthack is okay but the endgame loses a lot of steam as you encounter more and more garbled text from FE7. Last Promise is infamous and a bit of a meme but i don't think it's as bad as some people make it out to be, and it deserves a playthrough just for how what it managed to do with the tools available at the time. Deity Device is alright, your units snowball HARD and can become army destroyers with little to no effort, map design is kinda iffy at times and enemy formations feel copypasted instead of natural, the 3 houses like magic system is cute but also makes the game piss easy since you can just spam the best spells most of the time with little to no repercussion, but one thing i really liked about it are the gaiden chapters, where the non lord characters take the spotlight in a way similar to Kaga's games. Storge is fine too, dialogue is a bit cringy but that isn't really the point of the hack as it's more of a FE rogue like (lite? I never cared enough to learn the difference) where you pick your party and items at the very start and then play through a micro campaign which encourages replaying and trying out different characters.

If it makes you feel any better AW fans do have my sympathies as I know the pain due to being a Golden Sun fan.

I'm surprised GhebFE isn't there with how he was fairly popularish back in the day and I still think its hilarious how The Last Promise lead to a surprisingly high amount of people learning about the Legend of Heroes series due to it using the theme Silver Will from Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky SC.

Vision Quest is pretty good, though I agree with the rom hack guide that it falls off for the second half. There's also just way too many fucking characters. The creator did that because he wanted something apparently as ironman-friendly as possible, but I think the game suffers for it. It gets memed on a lot for how often characters talk about food, but for some reason nobody ever brings up the part where a character
smokes weed

If you like Vision Quest I'd also rec Blessed Heart. There's str/mag split, branching promotions, and infantry units get shove. Some classes like swordmaster and warrior get -breaker skills to compete with assassin and berserker. It also does this thing (which I really need to get around to getting footage of) where it seems like it adds additional frames of animation to certain classes like cavs and knights, and as far as I'm aware, there aren't any other rom hacks that do that.
