To play devil's advocate, this does mean that if you didn't want the hair, you don't have to pay for it. This is actually a good thing.
The outfit set without the hairstyle is actually CHEAPER than most other outfit sets. ($12 vs $18.) The same goes for most of the NPC attires other than ARR Alipinaud, SB Alisaie, SB Lyse, HW Y'shtola, HW Thancred, and Minfillia as they have the respective hairstyles included.

Also the Leisurewear, Street, and Fat Cat attires cost $22 instead of $18 lol (no, i'm not sure why the magitek attire isn't included.)

Might help salvage some of Wuk but even with a less odious VA the character is still annoying. The writing would have to be redone to make it less singularly focused on her. Might make later appearances less awful but I'm not holding my breath.

I think that Sena is being manipulative and not counting contract work as "having a job."

Consider that they live in one of the most expensive cities on the planet and haven't had employment since July. How would you just-now be running out of savings if that was the first-time-ever you had savings... when your rent is some of the most expensive in the world?

Of course, I think the obvious aspect here is that Sena doesn't pay rent - la creatura's parents obviously do.

The strike allowed the voice actors to continue with whatever contracts they had at the time, if memory serves. This could mean one of a few things:

-The contract was annual, and hasn't been renewed. This would imply a different VA getting picked up, which would be the first time afaik since ARR->HW.
-Bryer just isn't counting contract work as "having a job," really flaunting how disconnected la creatura is from ze proletariat
-All of the DT patch cycle's voicework has already been recorded this far in advance, and thus the contract is completed.

In my opinion, we're leaning towards #3. Let's be real - the scripts for these patches can't take Hiroi more than an afternoon to bang out. There's been nothing to suggest that they're pivoting to a different creative director, so I expect that all of DT's postgame content has already been written out, voice-acted, set-in-stone and the company isn't going to pivot whatsoever regarding the fact that this is one of the most-despised expansions ever... because I don't think they have that alacrity anymore.

I think that was inevitable, but what worries me is that Wuk will clearly be a character deeply involved in the postgame content, particularly with Sphene 2.0 (who is definitely not an ascian).
Yoship said a ways back that they felt the audience got the wrong impression of Wuk because WL wasn't "confident enough" or some stupid shit, so what I'm imagining is that we're not just going to see WL back in .2... but in plenty of other content patches beyond it.

Meaning that the hoped-for pivot away from WL as early as .2 or .3 doesn't seem particularly likely, if they've already finalized all of the voicework for this character.

Yeah, but you kindof can't re-hire someone to reprise a role if they're dead. I mean more like... this would be the first time I can think of that someone was re-cast for being shit at the job, unless I'm forgetting something. Theres no real reason to keep WL around after dawntrail. My problem with her character(mind you i played with a JP audio) is that her character wants to interject herself at every venue of the journey. I get that they wanted to use her as medium to help us understand mexico island, but she is too in your face. There was potential in her character if it was written better, something like "she ended up becoming the very thing she was fighting as she was forced to make a choice" thats why sphene, despite me not liking her character at first, did had the ovaries to stand her ground and do the thing she believed was right even if it was wrong. I cant expect that from WL because she is too "happy-go-lucky" for such.

Automated: Pandora's Box + Visland (Does not necessarily require navmesh but several (higher quality) presets require it)
Automated (Reborn): Gatherbuddy Reborn (Vnavmesh is a dependency)
Do not use Pandora Gathering and GBR at the same time, they aren't technically mutually exclusive but it feels like having a stroke if you use both of them.
