I'm happy he's facing at least some consequences for being a literal mother fucker

I'm thinking there needs to be some kinda "Light Power" salute. Maybe putting your hand to your heart, then pointing at the sun to indicate that your heart is full of light?

Light Power! O/

I had to double check that because I thought Chris was younger than he is. Yep, he was 16-17 in ‘98 when Pokémon hit the US market.

Does anyone know what his autistic hyper-fixations were when he was 8-15?
Yeah, it's always a trip to remember Chris is the same age as my younger brother. He and I used to follow Chris' antics on the SA threads back in the day and I remember the emailing him about the Parappa contest when he was in Iraq for the second time and he responded with an email that read " I'm shocked the army hasn't recruited him to come over here, yet"

You can mock the show and it's fanbase all you want, but it did give us this wonderful treasure

People are still posting this without realizing the whole thing was bait for cringe channels? The "dad" here is the guy with the pony profile pic. It's actually amazing how many people this still tricks.

Ironically, the same can also be said with Power Rangers. That franchise also seems to be on a hiatus in regards to TV show stuff after the most recent incarnation flopped, both are owned by Hasbro, and both are currently only being kept alive by making merchandise of said franchises most popular incarnations (G4/Friendship is Magic with My Little Pony and MMPR with Power Rangers).
Both franchises effectively went to Netflix to die. That place is like an Elephant's Graveyard for franchises.

Bait or not it still made me laugh. Speaking of which, I do wonder how much some lolcows are aware of their status as such and lean into it to get more attention than usual, especially considering that they're supposed to be examples of what not to do instead of people to emulate.

Chris doesn't really seem to like his lolcow status, assuming it still exists, but he sure does like leaning into it if it helps him sell Sonichu crap.

Chris was in the middle of his love quest when I was joining the Marines.

Also that screenshot has alot of michael jackson vibes in it, waving to the crowd with a white glove
I thought the same - both incredible musical talents

I just wanted to weigh in on this as I watch a lot of Tokusatsu (Ultraman, Kamen Rider, Super Sentai, things like that). I think a big part of the reason why MMPR isn't doing anything new is that Super Sentai is going on hiatus with the final episode of Gozyuger having come out last week (The series replacing it on "Super Hero Time" is "Super Space Sherrif Gavan Infinity"). Power Rangers requires Super Sentai to keep going for new content as each Power Rangers series is an adaption of the various Super Sentai series.
I was researching it a bit recently as I wondered why Gozyuger was going to be the last series (for now.), and it seems like Super Sentai has been going down in popularity over in Japan for awhile now, I watch each series as they come out, and they've definitely tried some more bizarre stuff with some of the newer ones (I assume to try different things to get the popularity up.), but it wasn't enough. I haven't watched Power Rangers since I was a kid in the 90s, but I'm assuming they stopped it because of both Power Rangers, and Sentai's diminishing popularity. I had seen they were putting a female Red Ranger, and joked to myself that it would be the last Power Rangers, but didn't realize it actually was.
It's a bit shocking since as far as I know, Super Sentai has been going continuously with new series for the past 50 years or so, with each new series starting the very next week after the previous one finishes (I don't know of any exceptions).

Without going too much into details, after the final season using Super Sentai footage (Cosmic Fury), Netflix planned to reboot the franchise using footage all created by themselves rather than using Japanese footage. Apart from a Tribute video of some sort, nothing has been heard since. All I can assume is that Netflix have decided to just sit on the rights to the franchise to save money.

Also of interest, Jason Frank was actually working on a spiritual spinoff series based on the Lord Drakkon character from the comics, but that didn't happen due to his suicide.

Disguising yourself as a Power Ranger is fucking peak Chris Chan.

Furfag conventions have a hard time sticking out nowadays, I'm thinking they should hire chrischan for every day of their events so they can kick him out repeatedly and fans can get selfies and their own personal footage of a shebeast autistic furfag nigger being beaten on the ground while he's trying to prance around as a fucking white power ranger and assure us that he most definitely did not fuck his own mom.

Looks like the lolcow recently (on the 16th, 3 days after the incident) claimed it's "selfish hatred" to ban him from the convention.

Of course if "Honor Roll" was not so stupid or selfish, he'd see that it's not "selfish hatred" to ban a gross and disruptive person.

Honestly I'm a little surprised he hasn't tried (been tricked in to) to host his own convention. It would probably make decent cash from people who can't help but pozload my negholep.

I'm sure he could get Ethan Ralph to show up for a panel
