If he were just lolfat sure but he's also a junkie and some of the things opioids cause are fluid retention in the lungs and respiratory problems.

And that's without Covid.
 
Don't get your hopes up that he'll die, everyone. Steven Assanti, much like the other deathfats on this forum, is a miracle of modern medical science. Him being able to live for the last 10+ years being as massive and sedentary as he is is all thanks to the advances made by medicine.

By all fucking rights, Assaunti should've been 6 feet under (and 40 feet wide) after he passed 300-400 pounds, but he's been able to gain and gain while eating as much shit as possible, hitting 800+ pounds without much more consequence because of his medications and medical staff tending to him.
 
We need an official farms death pool for situations like these, damnit. I'm feeling like this dude has cockroach blood, and he's gonna make it.

I didn’t know there was a thread for this guy. Caught a rerun of the episode with him and his brother a while ago, the one episode of 600 Pound Life I’ve ever sat through, what a trainwreck.

If we’re betting I immediately had the feeling reading the highlight that he wouldn’t make it. It would be an appropriate ending to a year of lolcows getting what they deserve.
