I ended up finding a 30 year old German woman who is obsessed about writing grown men and drawing what appears to be underage children pissing themselves. All links will be provided.

Anyways. Her art is what really, really concerns me. In her AO3, all of those with a piss fetish are adults. But the OCs she draws look suspiciously like children. I don't know if it's due to her poor drawing skill or not, but here are some samples.

I also get the impression that the author not only is autistic, but was probably abused in a way. Lack of bladder control is a sign of CSA.
The rest just involves Ornstein being mentally regressed to a child who doesn't want to wet himself. All of her fics go this way. Most of us normal adult know that you can go behind a bush or even an empty trash bin and piss if you need to (if there are no restrooms or portapotties around). It's just so fucking stupid to write about. It's the same with scat fics. I don't get the sexualization of a normal human function.
To go back to the mental regression thing: I really do wish I was making this up. But a guy agonizing over not pissing in the rain because he doesn't want people to hear sounds an awful lot like a technique abuse victims use. I have no idea if the author actually went through this or that she's just that fucked up (maybe because she's just German), but I can't scrub it. Out of sheer desperation Ornstein had entered one of the guest rooms to use the chamberpot, only to learn that this particular guest room didn't have one. Then, he had caught sight of the vase and knew it was the vase or his armour.

Thinking about it, Ornstein had always felt uncomfortable when he had to wait when his silver knights or Artorias needed to relieve themselves when they weren't anywhere near a privy or an outhouse. Their streams were always so loud and it was so easy to see and hear everything and Ornstein always thought that he was uncomfortable because of the act of emptying out their bladders.
However, for Ornstein, who normally had held it hours upon hours during those breaks, it must have went straight to his bladder, it being annoyed with him that he refused it relief, even though Ornstein absolutely knew that it would deny him relief anyway and just lock up whenever he took his dick out his greaves. Ornstein only realized this right now, when he had to listen to a rainstorm with a full bladder.

Guess I'm partially to blame because I knew what I was getting into and knew I wasn't gonna like it, but as they say, curiosity killed the cat. After reading it, I really did just go
Honestly it just comes off as edgy for the sake of it. As if the point was to offend anyone reading it, but I'm not so much offended as just asking "but why? why even bother?" I'm all for pushing the envelope in terms of storytelling but there's a certain artistry that goes into such a thing. Like you could've had something like Hollow, sorta similar situation with Sniper (but thankfully the incidents themselves aren't heavily detailed) and it revolving more around the PTSD he's stuck with in his adult years (but admittedly I just wanted to read about Sniper and Demo hunting down pedos in the beginning) but no. Hollow was actually pretty good imo, but this? I dunno, just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. It didn't even seem like it was written as a jackoff fic either.
I think the main thing that actually bugs me about this one, though is how Scout's mom apparently knows but doesn't do anything about it, just stands there looking sad? It feels woefully out-of-character even for one that has no characterization in canon. "Do you want me to hurt other people?" what kind of mother of eight kids would stand by idly rather than whooping this pedophilic Spy's ass? There's no justification given for going this route.
