Unironiclly a good thing since if they ever would treehouse would just fuck up the translation in comparison to the fan one Which is why I think it will happen just because it would be the ultimate way to monkey paw that request, especially if they start taking down the fan translation.

I'm really looking forward to this, while the purist in me is a little shy about remakes, I dig the new artstyle, it's exactly what a remake should be.

I hope we get more "deep cuts" from Nintendo's history including a US release of the Trace Memory sequel and dare I even say it? Fatal Frame 4 (yes, I know there's a fan patch)

What are some other "deep cuts" that Nintendo could re-release? I know there's also Captain Rainbow but that's probably not going to happen, there's also Disaster: Day of Crisis but that's also pretty unlikely.

Samurai Warriors 3 has the remake. Also, I never tried the original games (talking about Famicom Detective Series) out, so this looks like a perfect opportunity to do so.

Hotel Dusk without the book presentation and touch screen gimmicks isn't hotel dusk, I would be fine with a 3rd kyle hyde game made for the ground up on the switch but a remaster would unironically be soulless, unfortunate that cing went out of business. then again I'm speaking as a guy who imported last window boxed for like 100 bucks so I'm probably in a minority
