It would be nice if Netflix/Max/Prime Video added something like this to their service so that you could find what you wanted to watch rather than be bombarded by political garbage the algorithm "recommends" for you.
Knowing them they'll charge $10 extra a month for the feature, but I imagine most people would pay just to not have The Flash and the rest of 2023's wasteland of cinema shoved down their throats. Or just cancel their subscriptions, that works too.

Well, it seems the next big capeshit film starring an asshole and made by assholes is going through major production difficulties.
Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom has had a third round of reshoots a few months ago, multiple cuts, and endless test screenings. Notably its gone through three different studio hierarchies - pre-merger, post-merger, and after replacing Walter Hamada with James Gunn. Its seems WBD are so determined that it won't flop like The Flash that they will keep throwing money at it.
The film was budgeted at $205 million, but with all the reshoots, multiple cuts, and CGI redone at great expense, I think Amber Heard's latest load of trash could end up costing $300-400 million before marketing costs.

It seems like Warner and DC are having some type of pattern with the DC Shared Universe/Snyderverse/whateverthefuck, first movie does great, sequel bombs. This is evident with Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Shazaam and even Suicide Squad.
And I know Superman Legacy is just gonna fail hard and not because of James Gunn either (which is one of the main reasons why). WB needs to cut their losses and move on from their shitty cinematic universe bullshit Limp Bizkit shit

Given DC's pattern, I would think Superman: Legacy would actually be good, but they'd somehow run out of money or other projects would bomb killing that particular iteration of the DCU. Then we'd have another good Superman wasted, this time by being in only one film (as opposed to Cavill, who never got to play the character properly despite appearing in several films).
I'm not gonna count on it. I mean, I could be proven wrong and maybe Legacy will end up being successful, especially for WB and their new attempt at a DCEU. Sadly, my expectations are lower than dinosaur bones

Oh no, I'm not optimistic, this is the monkey's paw scenario. I don't think any of the Gunn shit will work out well. I just think it would be fitting for Clown World that we finally got a good one while everything else was falling apart (including the actual film industry).
And let's be fair, Gunn is an obviously complete tool, and having him on board is already causing more problems than fixing solutions.

Take it with a pound of salt, but there is chatter that DC itself is for sale, and that the Gunn slate of films (other than Superman) is some kind of placeholder, and that there is a "Secret Slate" of Gunn films (I love how melodramatic that is). Again, take it with a pound of salt.
