This year's Ambercon was disappointing. It was over rather fast. They discussed Amber for a third of the time. The majority was spent talking about themselves. If they wanted the focus to be on the creators then they should rename it to "Haydur Nation Con"
Did Zachary seem off to anyone? I get that he screwed up, but did anyone sense tension between him and Michael when the stream finally went live? Then Zach bailed for the last 20 minutes before ending the stream, making sure to plug social media. I'm not a fan of Justine, but I was thankful when she wanted to continue discussing AL's newest video.
There were about 15-20 minutes of intriguing material. Drake's revolving background was entertaining. Justine's giggling got on my nerves, but I still can't help but like her. I discovered she has boundless optimism which is endearing. I don't care what Katie looks like, I appreciated hearing her opinion on AL without having to infer it from a video. Cxnt is our gorl. Zach was the biggest letdown and not because of the technical difficulties. He gave off a diva/fame vibe that weirded me out. I can't put my finger on it.

He brings up the donuts and it really isn't eric or rickys problem to not have food out around her. She needs to remove herself from the entire household.

He said he doesn't really keep up with the AL universe but those that do know AL makes enough money to move out on her own. I guess if her roommates were really a problem she'd move out. She spends a $1000 on torrid hauls all of the time which would be a enough to find an apartment in Kentucky since Becky doesn't want to move away from her friends.

I love how eddf calls Eric asshole. Someone should also clue eddf how Eric doesn't have a job supposedly due to anxiety but has no problems approaching strangers during pride
Also how can eddf miss the simple point that if Amber joins inpatient care, she will not be able to film and we all know for certain our gorl is not the type to save for future

This is what happens when you talk about people you know nothing about. I'm sure this would be great advice for a generic fatty but AL is far from that. The only reason he's making these videos is because talking about AL gives you view$. If he were legitimately concerned he'd do his research first. I concur that Eric is an asshole, but for completely different reasons.

I agree with most of what you say, but for me the fact that Amber reached out to EDDF(and O2B too) and ignored all of his advice, kind of gives him a pass on making more Amber Reid content.

Well, he doesn't need a pass, anybody can make any content they want. All I'm saying is if he doesn't know what he's talking about he's going to end up looking like a fool to everyone who's been following AL for more than a couple months, no matter how sound his advice. Blaming Eric for leaving junk food out would make sense if all 4 of them were in this together and if this weren't AL's millionth healf-hearted attempt at weight loss.

EDDF isn't naive, he's just taking the situation very seriously: a person is committing suicide in that house and nobody there is doing anything about it.

True. And so he expects them all to drop whatever they are doing, and accomodate her weightloss in any way shape or form, including not having any food Amber is not supposed to have in the house. They must all effectively be on the same restricted diet she should be on for something they did not do for a weightloss that will take years, so Necky can go out at night and fetch Amber some burgers and pizza for her binges. Necky is also becoming way too obese and should be on it with her but the gays do not need an obesity diet.
Talk about wanting too much. Amber needs to be a bit more responsible. The fags are not her brothers, not her mother, not her father, they are just sharing rent and a washing machine with her. I would not give up my baking or my fruitshakes if Amber lived in my house, roommate or not. Keep your fucking hands off my cupcakes. Amber cannot go out and shop, so Necky can bring her back her stash of food consisting of healthy food. If she shows food aggression to the gays, end that shit right and do it to her, scream long and hard enough untill she gets the message, each and every time, it will take 30 seconds, she is out of breath just talking. Twixes are not for you. Go off on her like she went off on Neckless over the cereal. Each and every time she touches food not hers.
But okay, imagine they all fall in line, no cookie, no soda, no fruit, no sugar, no bread, no nothing but lean protein and veggies, because Amber must be helped. Ricky wakes up for a day of hard honest work. "I need a piece of toast to start." No can do, diet, it has carbs. "An apple then." No can do, too much fruitsugar. "Then just get me my coffee please Mumbles." But you cannot drink it without sugar and there is none, Amber is on a diet. "Do we have milk then at least?" Only the filthy diet kind. Would you like a piece of boiled broccoli instead? No salt though. Then Ricky comes home. No beer for him. No cookie for him. 0 snacks unless it is a piece of cucumber. Just more diet food. For years on end. Because Amber. And what is that in the garbage can? 5 boxes of extra cheese pizza, Amber denies all knowledge and her diet is going stellar, she is at 589 elbees 9 months in and no you may not see the scale. The B&J's under her bed is Eric's, he hides it there from Ricky. True story you guize.

He might not be far off though. the time AL did lose weight she lived with Krystal where everyone in the house ate healthy and had a little more control over AL's food. Even though it isn't Eric's problem- Becky just had AL move in, so he shouldn't have to change anything. But like I mentioned above she could move out on her own and if Becky is as in love as she said she would be willing to move. I don't think eddf has mentioned Becky- maybe he doesn't know AL is a lesbian and think Becky is just another roommate (which she kinda is).

I'm sorry, I'm not sure I understand your post. But you quoted my post and I don't want to be rude and ignore you in case it was directed at me.
Krystle's parents giving an allowance to their daughter's adult gorlfriend and monitoring what she ate seems very dysfunctional to me and not something that should ever repeat itself. And I'd hardly consider what they ate healthy, it was typical SAD food, just normal portions. On top of that AL and Krystle still ate candy bars and those ridiculous protein bars daily even though they didn't exercise, except for a few reps of arm-ups and leg-ups at night.
Also not sure what moving out with Becky would do for AL's weight loss? Becky is the one that gets AL her binge food since our gorl can't drive. She did so as recently as in the latest video. This time the trigger might have been Eric's donuts but lezbereal, AL doesn't need a trigger to binge and would do so regardless of where she lived and with whom.

But they've done that. They tried eating healthily as a group, they tried going to the gym together, Becky went with Eric and Ricky, they all promised they'd stop eating out, Ricky's cooking more at home, the list goes on.
We're onto attempt 200+ at this point and it's not fair to expect the whole household to join AL on these insane cycles. They've tried. There's not much more they can do, short of refusing point-blank to get her food and making things uncomfortable as fuck. (And ultimately, not changing anything, because she can and will order delivery).

Beetus Drake goes for, "Y'all should know me by now," to kick this one off. He never fucked a playstation last decade, so why should I gaf again? I also can't watch his 'purple' chroma-keyed out background because it visually eats his headphone band as his head moves across the back of the chair and it makes my eyes twitch when it does. Pillow mountain/Casa Grande was an improved background though so fair play to you, fat guy.
KatieW has the stunted age progression voice of a child who had somebody illegally diddle them, my years of Loveline calls listening informs me, sadly...range of abuse sounds like it happened between the ages of 10-12 maybe? She and Justine make a nice two sides of the same coin pair in this I think. Her editing introduction story with Big Al is kind of fascinating to me, honestly. Weird how people find what they're good at in life sometimes! Her type A personality comes through every time she speaks. She outright says she has a background in 'social work' so I'm not sure why she's being accused of not having a job exactly? The difference between her editing technique for compiling her clips compared to Mike's is illustrative of why lots of top tier editors in Hollywood cinema history were female I think, I don't know if that's a gender/brain developmental difference reason underlying this fact or what but it does make me suspect that might be the case.
Justine comes off better to me in a group setting because she has a calm, reassuring demeanor that plays better in a shooting gallery like this by comparison. She admits to being mad on the internet too, self awareness is attractive as a personality trait, especially when discussing someone like Amber who has none of it and in fact seems to absorb any reserves of it from those around them by osmosis.
Zack's sense of fair play about what goes around coming around back to him on the topic of haydur videos makes me like him, tbh. Holy shit, he dunks on Becky using creepy old gay man pickup messaging tactics that were familiar to him and that's literally something I would never guess without him spilling the tea on it, so I'm moving him up a whole point on my personal scale of respect as a result.
Cxnt/Eve, you may have missed your future in ASMR narration I feel, but your loss is this subforum's gain I guess so I can't shed a tear for you too much? No showing your face is the correct choice since you do post here and turbo spergery might break out even in this subforum at any time, so always following the 'Cover your ass' directive is the smart play. Plus, your redpills to the rest of the panel were making them shook from the implications so nice job playing the straw that stirred the haydur nation drink this time.
I was able to watch a lot more of this one than I ever could the last one so it was an improvement I would say. The interesting thing is how they all agree that they want Amber to not fail at this attempt to change her behaviors but they love watching a good train wreck. The Becky portion is really the best part, I like Becky personally because she appears polite and nice in videos but that's growing up in Kentucky for you I think, where you have to avoid an outright Hatfield/McCoy recreation in public and now online in social media if you're not a total hill beast moron who doesn't ever learn from your environmental upbringing. If there is a six figure income stream coming in from these videos, Becky being a gold-digging undertaker in waiting seems a lot more likely. Even once Amber dies Becky can just take over the monetized payments from the account for the rest of time until Youtube closes so that changes the math.
On the other topic of advice that isn't perfectly personalized tailored to Amber's specific situation today, lol that's a job, let fat girl spend a few thousand a month if she wants a life coach, she obviously can afford it if all her audience still hasn't figured out adblock. She can still change her life to make the advice work for her instead of expecting people to do a deep dive on her shit lifestyle before offering suggestions on extending it another few years without disrupting her perfect little bing monster incubator at the gay daycare in Kentucky.
