Diabetes, obesity, poor diet, sedentary lifestyle and no mental stimulation. He hasn't learned anything since we started following him and his problem solving abilities have apparently always been limited to screaming "I NEED MONEY!!!!".

And this right here is why he's an asshole! Your fiancee/SO is going to the hospital for a serious medical condition. This is not the time to be making a video and postimg it on youtube. You should be contacting her family and friends to let them know, gathering her current meds or a list that shows her current meds with the info on her doctors so that they can be contacted and notified! (Powerlevel: I have done this same midnight hospital run for numerous very ill close family members. I sure as shit wasn't posting on youtube!)
