Wow, he is claiming his dad couldn't read or write (besides his name and numbers)? I think the branches of the family tree might look more like a stick.
 
Bob probably willed his Tupperware and rotting down trailer to his first wife before she went lesbo... does he still think she should get that when he dies? Should Rene not get any of his (non existent) estate because they never got married? Shit changes. Bob either can't move on from how things were before his mom kicked it, or he's choosing to be stubborn and put on blinders (given how he lives in the past, I'm honestly not sure which is more likely).
 
Ok, so he's claiming his father cannot make a legal contract (that would include a will, right?), because he is unable to read/write. So this new will that disinherits him is null and void, because of this disability. But wouldn't that also make the will that bequeaths everything to RLM also null and void.

His contortions are quite incredible, it's amazing he can even follow his own train of thought.
 
Bob is angry and claims that a lot of people agree with him; people who think he's a lolcow should get real because Jesus does not accept sin and yadda yadda John 8:7 yadda ydadda the remnant yadda didn't make any sense; still blaming Pina and her daughters for forcing his dad into changing his will; "He did not want anybody to have anything but me"; apparently some lawyer has managed to hammer the futility of fighting the will into his head but that won't stop the bitching; he chokes up again but the greedy ranting overrides the sorrow; calls Patty a witch, that's nice; there is going to be a revolution because of the will and the crooked cops; he has found a recording of the last discussion he had with his dad, I can't make it out, something about groceries,but it makes Bob cry; Bob claims Patty (one of the daughters) of being behind the whole thing and manipulating his dad; demands courts to throw the will out and also give him the insurance money; itemizes the undertaker's bill; claims his dad was scared of Patty; claims elder abuse.

Basically on one level he seems to understand that things will go according to the latest will but he just can't resist the temptation to bitch and moan and tell lawyers and judges what to do, as if they'd ever see these videos. And he is getting really nasty towards Pina and her daughters, especially Patty.

I was wondering about that too. But I bet he just records calls which involve people who might give him cash. He has been jockeying for position in this whole inheritance thing for some time, methinks.

Bob's probably one of those tards thinking he'll get murdered by someone, so using that excuse lets him be one creepy fuck. I'm still watching the whole video, but getting back into Bob's content has been one of the best decisions I've made.
 
Any sympathy one might feel for present-day Bob growing teary-eyed at the sound of his late father's voice is tempered by the awareness that, in his last conversation with his father, Bob blatantly lost all interest in everything the old man had to say after he failed to offer Bob money for groceries.
 
I thought I'd post some comments from his little announcements on Facebook. This is one of the first, and very few, times I've seen ANYONE comment on his page. It seems to be where he's getting some of his ideas from. Some of these poor people seem to actually believe him. It makes me wonder where else he's getting ideas from, since most of his day consists of conspiracy news, reblogging natural disaster news stories, and hitting the food banks.

EDIT: I'd also like to point out that Pina has what appears to have mild Alzheimers as well. I won't be posting anything from their facebooks, however. They deserve to grieve and not be plastered all over KF because of Bob.

What I've gathered:

One of Pina's daughters is now her caretaker of sorts. Pina has bad enough Alzheimer that she doesn't even remember her husband has passed away and has to be reminded. Its been very hard on the daughters because of this.

Therefore any "conversation" Bob has with Pina is moot, and he likely knows this and doesn't care. She probably thinks she has her own house in whatever conversations they have, but it appears she doesn't. She's currently with one of her daughters (Patty). He is taking every single word she has ever said completely as truth despite her mental handicap, while in the same breath saying they took advantage of his father's mental handicap.

The daughter, grieving and having to re-grieve with her mother every single time she asks about her late husband is likely tired of his shit.

Bob is a complete piece of shit which is why his father wrote him out of the will. The people I feel sad for are Pina's daughters who have to care for their mother and their deceased step-father, Pina herself, and then Bob's father. Can you image knowing before you die that your son is a complete piece of shit and only wants you for your money? How much must it have hurt to realize this and then write your son and his kids (your grandkids) out of the will cause you thought that entire bloodline was trash?
 
I wonder if Bob's kids and grandkids are insufferable little shits as well or if his dad left them out of the will just because Bob would certainly have found a way to get his hands on whatever they inherited.

Well at least one of his son's has a criminal record. From what I can tell he really doesn't have contact at all with his children except maybe very briefly (like for the one's wedding). So it seems like after their mother ran off, they may have also severed contact with their grandfather because Bob burned that bridge a while ago.

To elaborate on Yaks's response, here's a summary of the information we have about Bob's sons. Tl;dr - one has behavior issues and recently tried to obtain property from the late Bob McKim, and the other is an addict with a criminal record.

Bobby was diagnosed in childhood with ADHD, OCD, and oppositional defiant disorder, all of which Bob blames on his ex-wife's overindulgent parenting. He is unemployed and apparently unemployable, receiving government assistance and doing odd jobs for relatives in order to get by. In the conversation Bob recorded between himself and his late father's partner, he mentions Bobby going down to the courthouse and trying to get the title for the late Bob McKim's Florida home, so we know Bobby has been involved in trying to acquire his grandfather's assets.

Billy has substance abuse problems and has been arrested multiple times for DUI and possession of stolen property. He was also out and "up to no good" when badly beaten and robbed by other criminals. It seems like Bob is mostly in touch with Billy when he thinks he can get money from him or when he wants his car fixed for free - Billy works at a local auto center and moonlights as a shade tree mechanic.

Billy has been married twice, with three children by his ex-wife. Bob's grandchildren just seem like regular country kids, but coming from that family one suspects the poor things are completely fucked. It is possible that Bob's father believed any money left to his great-grandchildren would be misappropriated by their guardians - it does not seem like he had the resources to justify setting up a trust.

The esteemed John Andrews has mentioned meeting Bob's sons and noticing something was "off" about one of them. In light of what we know, it is difficult to figure which son that might've been.

Bobby, wearing red, stands next to Bob's late father and Pina. Billy is shirtless; I elided his childrens' faces because it's not their fault their family is all messed up. The elderly man next to Billy appears to be a relative of Barb's.

It is remarkable how Bob's elderly father looks younger, healthier, and better-kept than his son.

Also, it seems like Bob's ex-wife Barb facilitated an ongoing relationship between her sons, her grandchildren, and their paternal grandfather well after her divorce from Bob and up to the present day. She has posted pictures to fb of Bobby, Billy, and Billy's children recently visiting with Pina and the late Bob McKim, sharing at least one such photo to Bob's fb page. She also went down to Florida at some point in the past few years to help Bob's father clean and make repairs to his house trailer. Both Barb and her wife Cheri seem to be genuinely saddened by Bob's father's passing and plan to attend his memorial service, although Barb has also reshared Bob's video about Pina's daughters trying to steal the estate.

ETA: Overnight, Pina's daughter Patty posted a statement to social media to the effect of, "Don't mess with my Momma - if you do, you'll have to deal with me and you're not going to like it. What goes around comes around." One suspects Pastor Bob is continuing to harass poor bereaved Pina and her grieving family. He's such a piece of shit.

Bob is harassing a mentally ill woman whose husband (his father) has just died to get a little bit of money. Fuck him with a rusty wrench with no lube! This is exactly why he was left out of the will.
 
Bob will harass anyone he thinks he can extort money from. I'm sure most people just give him something to make him go away - it's not like it's worthwhile trying to sue him for harassment or extortion because he's not got a couple of brass ha'pennies to rub together.

But really, how many people can he actually harass and extort? Relatives, yes, he has somewhat of a grip on them. But considering how lazy and stupid he is, I don't see how his harassment attempts would go much beyond angry Youtube videos and phone calls. The former are seen only by Kiwis and maybe a handful of people just as inconsequential as Bob himself. And as to how any reasonable person should react to his phone calls...
