Robert McKim was in special ed in high school in a program caclled OWA - which is a work program for the mentally retarded where they would work around high school for credits to graduate. Less severly retarded people there got put into the OWE programs, were they would work jobs like McDonalds and given high school credit for those jobs.
Forgot to add, mcKim also finished a year late, he was born in 1964, should have finihsed in 1982,not 1983.
What grade did McKim fail from to be held back a year?

He must think Jesus is not god. Jesus directly said that in Luke 6:30 so if Bob thinks the OT law prevails over the direct word of Jesus, he must not think Jesus is god because they can not contradict each other. Oh, Bob doesn't observe the sabbath so he's in violation of the Ten Commandments right there.

It makes complete sense why the likes of Bob cling to the idea that mere belief outweighs actions in service of God. His religion lets him lay in his recliner 24/7 doing nothing except gain weight and grow filthier by the minute — as long as he proclaims the dictated belief, he thinks he’s a good person. He's too dumb to have any reason for it other than that he just wants to, but Jesus didn't really revoke any of those. It's just that at least some of them referred to a specific time and place (much of the shit in Leviticus in particular), which is why eating shellfish isn't a sin (at least if you are a Christian and not a Jew).

I particularly enjoy his assertions that he can shoot anyone then detain them lol. At least it will make it easy for the police to arrest him. I can see it now, him being loaded into the police car blubbering and crying that the police don't know the law.
