The problem with his assertation that he is a police officer because he got training and certification is: he skips over the word "private", ie: employed by a corporation, and working in pursuit of their corporate business. Things like "employed" and "working" are foreign concepts to him, and without them, it makes him a private citizen. Technically, in employment stakes, he's a little up the ladder from mall cop or security guard, since his certification would allow him powers of arrest on behalf of his employer, which a mall cop doesn't have. He's also only allowed to take on such a job if he's not been convicted of a felony, otherwise his certification is just so much waste paper and really only useful as an emergency backup in the bathroom for when he runs out of tp (much like most of the rest of his accumulated "evidence").

He's pretty much cartman with the authutitah. His wee little kingdom of his property consisting of the dilapidated mobile home on the rented bit of dirt it sits on it all he has. He has a vehicle that charity helped him aquire and he can't even have the kindness to pick up a disabled neighbor in a broken wheel on the side of the road to help.

I'd be shocked if he has any kind of insurance on his trailer and if he has auto insurance, it's liability at best. Apparently he has car payments on his Kia (probably at 27 percent interest as no legit financer would finance someone just based on his small SSI check).

Often officiants who are friends or family of the couple will waive their fee as a wedding gift to them. I’m guessing Bob pressed them to pre-pay and also did not give them a gift. Just a hunch but I can have the hacking team look for details in his files.
