He went to HARCATUS to get fuel even though his appointment wasn't for a while yet and demanded that he be seen before everyone who had an appointment. The police were then called for his being disorderly.

Anyway, given that it seems to be an organisation that helps people on a very restricted income, the fact that the police were called and Bob kicked out suggests that he was playing up something spectacular. People with legit mental illnesses and neurological conditions, as well as those with substance abuse issues, would make up a very large proportion of the organisation's applicants. So chances are good that the staff at HARCATUS (weird name) see some pretty strange and frightening behaviour on a daily basis. Either Bob threw one spectacularly magnificent tantrum, or the staff were pissed off that he's not mentally unbalanced enough to justify acting like a bratty seven year old who didn't get the ice cream he wanted. I have the feeling that he takes advantage of these services far, far too much and the staff have had just about jack of him.
 
This isn't even the first time Bob has been escorted out of HARCATUS by police.
 
I binged on this thread over the last two days, so I can't point to a specific page, but it's early in the thread. But he drove up there because he didn't feel good and tossed a fit. I don't know why he went there, it isn't a hospital. But who knows why he does anything.

Oh that's right. I think I may have posted that. He was sick with his diabeetus and went to them and they wouldn't help him or something. Turns out he just had the flu. I can't find it right now, but I'll keep looking.

Do you remember that episode of the Simpsons when Homer ran naked past Marge's sister, and the sister says something like "There goes the last lingering thread of my heterosexuality"? He did manage to turn his ex-wife gay, so maybe the sight of his penis has that kind of power.
 
So Rene, she certainly appears physically and mentally challenged to some degree. Has she had any psychological diagnosis, what is wrong with her?
