Bob is driving around town in a vehicle with unsafe tires, putting innocent people in danger, yet he buys a "smart" watch for Rene, who is essentially a vegetable. What the hell is Renee going to do with a smart watch or a fitness watch? Money flushed right down the toilet.

I know for a fact that he's been trying to get local churches to buy him tires, but they've basically told him to fuck off.
 
Why does Rene need a smart watch? She does nothing. Sitting in a lazy boy all day does not require a smart anything let alone a watch. Oh look it is 10am time to do fuckall.

God not providing tires is his way of telling Bob stay off the roads and stop harassing innocent drivers on route 39.
 
Most arsonists revel in the aftermath, being on site to see the results of their actions. Though for RLM it may also have something to do with seeing all those hunky firemen.
Now the problem with the emergency services going digital is that RLM cannot monitor them anymore and has lost his plausible deniability excuse for being at every fire in town - there may be a problem with this theory though, I don't think RLM is smart enough to figure out that being at every arson event would now be more incriminating!

Bob posted a new video upset we said he didn't get new tires. So he was completely fine with us calling Rene a lazy slug but Bob drew the line at his tires. Nice to know Bob has priorities.
