Scurvy causes your gums to deteriorate and your teeth to loosen, and Eugenia’s gums are visibly swollen and her teeth lengthening and shifting.

She had braces as a youngster to correct an overbite, so without wearing a retainer her loose teeth are reverting to their natural position. It looks even worse because she’s a skelly with a naturally wide mouth so she looks like she’s all teeth.

I'm half-surprised she doesn't shave her face. It's become a more common trend for women to shave their face, especially over the summer of 2024, where every female and faggot on TikTok became obsessed with dermaplaning. There was a product that you would spray on your face and it was very opaquely white, so it highlighted all of the peach fuzz that's typically near-invisible on your face, as well as acting as a shaving cream.

It's not something that's done just for aesthetics, though. It can help your skin absorb skincare products better. It also can improve the texture or look of your skin with makeup on it. On top of that, it can make your face feel nice and smooth.

But Eugenia values looking as sick as possible over anything else. She'd look better if she shaved it, but she doesn't care because it makes her look more ill. And some of you guys really think she's longing for or has ever longed for college, or a real job, or a romantic relationship. Tsk.

Women do have some male-like facial hair (it's not a matter of if, it's when) and waxing is a better choice for that but the peach fuzz should be there. Lanugo is a different story but it's so delicate i can't think of a comfortable way to remove it. Women can shave their entire bodies as far as I care though.

Seeing this thread again has made me hungry... Give me clocks or whatever if it's been asked already, but do you think she has brain damage yet through the years of malnutrition and starvation?

Man, she is looking REALLY rough in the last several sets of photos. I didn’t think she had any weight left she could lose. I was wrong; her face is a horror show.

Just casually looking at her clothing choices and her room makes me think she’s perpetually trapped in the mind set of an 11 year old. What a sad waste of a life.

Still has enough muscle left to keep her moving, how little of that she does.

Tbh it looks like she's severely dehydrated more than anything. She could probably take 20 years off her appearance without ingesting a single calorie if she really didn't want to, just by drinking a couple quarts of water for fucksake (or better yet diet Gatorade if she's feeling spicy).

Gatorade could actually help her however limited that is especially with 0 solid food entering her body. Without enough electrolytes the water would literally just go through her. Imagine her pelvic muscles are gone she'd probably have to drink water on the toilet. Ok I'm not really happy about that revelation just now.

Scurvy as others have said, and also lack of saliva makes your teeth just fall out. That's what happened to Gypsy's teeth when her salivary glands were removed. I don't think she has any natural teeth left at all.

I feel like her face is the root of her issues. When she gains even a small amount of weight, her face gets round. I could see scouts telling her her face was too round when she was young and trying to get into modelling. With her being obsessed with makeup and constantly looking at her face I could see it triggering her.

Well of course her face gets round when she is at this point running off of cortisol and adrenaline. At this point without thermonuclear doses of thyroid she can't even gain weight normally without instantly developing a cushingoid phenotype
