You can see what it used to look like shows how much is gone. In these older pics she very well may have extensions so either way she's lost a lot because the extensions have to have real hair to hold onto.

She has scooped all of her hair to the front and there is a Lot of it. It's really obvious how she's parting her hair now to hide the bald spots and what's left is really ratty and dead.

Two completely unrelated thoughts: it's makeup, look at her hand a few pictures earlier, then compare her eyes in both, she started the process that is those eyes and wiped it on her hand. And: I never realized how much the sunken eyes is from sinking down when that fat pad goes.

You're probably right. I know she tests shades on her hands, but she did use a light palette for this outfit. Idk it just looked like a bruise to me, which isn't out of tbe realm of possibility due to her fucked circulation.
 
It's a shame she's wasting all that lid-space on badly blended early 2000s emo make-up. She could do a lot more interesting make-up looks with that, but she really still sucks ass at the basics.

Not just that, the new trend in makeup is not wearing colored eyeshadow at all. It's contour on the face and the eyelids and going easy on the mascara (except for the fake eyelash crowd). Setting the eyelashes to the side, this standard actually looks really, really good and professional even. Too bad now she has no hair to clip extensions on since everybody has those now too

That first pic, jesus christ. You can see exactly what her skull looks like because there's so little fat left over it. The massive craters around her eyes, too.
Absolutely insane when compared with that pic of her from her recovery a few years ago, she looked genuinely cute.

What the hell did she do to her lips? They have that protruding ridge that results from hyaluronic acid fillers. Is she trying to fight the worsening ana face? I find it hard to believe she would get a cosmetic procedure done, because she is so detached from her objective appearance in general. Maybe she tried a plumping gloss and this is how her depleted skin is reacting.
