I'm sure she "knows" it's harmful in an abstract sense, but I think you're forgetting that anorexia is a serious psychiatric illness that's characterized by distorted thinking and self-image, among other things. It's not as easy as just deciding to stop or realizing "oh this is actually horrible for me, i'm going to eat normally now!" Anorexics also tend to have exceptionally poor insight. It's like asking if someone with poorly controlled schizophrenia realizes that they're sick and that the delusions are made up, her brain doesn't work that way. You can be both a bad person and seriously ill.

There still aren't any great treatments for anorexia, and once someone has it for longer than 5 years (maybe 7? can't remember) and hasn't made progress with recovering the odds are not good that they will ever recover. Talk therapy doesn't tend to go well (see the aforementioned poor insight, it's hard to do therapy with someone who refuses to acknowledge they're sick) especially with severe cases, and there are no good meds either. Weight restoration keeps the physical symptoms at bay but doesn't solve the brain problems and usually long term anorexics start losing again soon after they leave the hospital. Odds are Eugenia never really gets better at this point.

Some people are too unsafe to be left alone to enjoy "freedom". Sometimes there are hard choices to be made - either you institutionalize them and medicate them, put order into their lives, give them food, therapy, for free, with compassion, or you accept them as a loss to society and soon to be dead.
I know they have poor insight. I witnessed them with my own eyes in the hospital, thinking they were fat, being unable to understand/visualize the girth of their limbs and more. It's a delusional state, which requires medical attention, for months, maybe years, not YT clips and trips to the beach prancing around in a bikini.
She'll probably never get better because society enables her insanity.

I don't disagree with anything you said tbh. But little nitpick, the majority of society isn't enabling anorexia to this level. 99% of people who would see her out in public would be horrified and rightfully so. She'll never get better because she has no desire to, in my opinion. The external validation from her simps encourages her but I suspect she'd be just as bad off without the same level of attention she has now.
 
So the latest on this imminent car crash:

Meanwhile the dozens of viewers who aren't actually bots flocked over to YouTube to catch a glimpse of the titty. BIGCOON relented, and showcased her editing skills by placing a pixelated censor square in the middle of the video (not near titty) that gets retardedly dragged over to where the titty would later appear after about 20-30 seconds. Nigga, please TL;DR: In Eugenia's Dolls Kill vlog, there was an accidental boob slip from one of the sales associates. Multiple members of her audience commented on this, and their messages were promptly deleted by moderators. The video is then uploaded to YouTube, and her audience flocks to take a peek of the boob, while others in the comments ask her to censor it. Eventually, Eugenia censors it, but does a poor job of doing so. Sometime later, someone contacts the management of Dolls Kill regarding the boob slip incident, and management replies back stating that they will take legal action (cease & desist) over it. Eugenia ends up editing the entire bit, and re-uploads the video without the boob slip.

Cooney has been a kind of consistent background presence for pretty much the entire time I’ve been online. Her existence becomes more and more depressing with each passing year. An emaciated throwback to 2006. I couldn’t imagine being a prisoner in my own mind like this, completely beholden to a behavior that destroys y body and makes me the subject of universal revulsion.

She likes grossing people out with her skelly body. And she loves the attention and concern it garners for her.

My advice would be to never feel bad for a skelly. That's what they really feed on, not that lame food stuff.
