Personally I think a combination of ephedrine/caffeine to keep her ‘up’ and make the hunger go away. For food I’m guessing tiny amounts of stuff like cucumbers, grapes and berries.
Her family’s loaded which makes me think she’s probably having fluid drips on the reg and doing sessions in an oxygen chamber. Probably some expensive vitamins and supplements on the go as well.

She just has such a fascinating sustained level of energy that typical anorexics cannot keep up with. How often do you see a severe anorexic be so high functioning? You just don’t, they crash out well before this point and spend their time napping. Unless she’s just on adderall and doesn’t care cause she knows her heart’s gonna explode soon anyway.

She does take caffeine. People identified a bottle of Midol in her room a year or two ago. She obviously isn't getting periods anymore, so it's not for that.
The caffeine also acts as a diuretic which basically means it makes you pee. So it's also used for losing water weight.
Her family is so filthy rich that they have to be doing other shit to keep her alive.

I don't know all the surrounding details of this shitshow except that Steven Sheppard is was one of EC's biggest shills, and apparently a collector and avid reviewer of child-like sex dolls. After increasingly worrying behavior, mods convinced the brain-rotted skeleton to ban him. It's been a mental breakdown from Steven ever since. He locked his Twitter and changed the banner some not-so-subtle Eugenia tweets
The real weird stuff is on his YT though. The channel formerly known as StopBullyingEugeniaCooney, now under his actual name, and has become an unhinged cry of flashing red warning lights. It's got 22 videos as of posting, with the most recent being from an hour ago. Of these, 8 are in a playlist called Next Chapter In My Story, and 11 are in soundtrack to my existence after EC, and 3 are 2 repeat uploads and one called Time and time again redditors have tried, will they be successful this time? in which he plays Jack's Lament over a screenshot of Redditors discussing him and that they "shouldn't provoke the unhinged." I went through the Next Chapter playlist and put down the full titles, description box text, a summary of events in each video, and a direct link and archive link for each one. This is all I can get through right now but I'll archive the rest and do them later.

Yeah, honestly EC just kinda freaks me out, but every 2-4 months it seems like shit hits the fan in such impressive ways that it's worth checking the sub now and then.  Holy shit the Steven guy stuff is all over the place, though. I wanted to edit my other post with screenshots and more info on him, but I think the DDoS or related measures might be causing issues.
As long as the Farms are up tomorrow morning, I'll add/post other useful sourced info. His identity at least is already super public. I'm really interested to know if he has custody of his kid/kids :chicken:

Like I said though, he clears his shit all the time, so I'm surprised they even stayed up through yesterday. Judging by the caption, I think it's a malnourished Brittany Spears cosplay. I think I faintly remember the "bikini over jeans" thing being a retarded, yet mercifully brief, trend in the late 90s/early '00s for pop starlets. Fuck knows why she deleted it though. I don't doubt Eugenia wasn't aware of it as the timing is too perfect, so people were probably raging in the comments.
