I thought of him because, have fren who has 7yo mostly nonverbal special needs kid, she's banking A Lot of savings in the event that something happens to her she wants him taken care of. She's a high earner but is very selfless in making sure his care is good.
I'd imagine Eugenia is too weak to do any kind of actual care for her brother. But if her parents are half as dysfunctional as we think, Eugenia may be trying to do the same thing for the future of her brother.

I am purely speculating and don't follow much of her personal family life besides their lack of much personal family life.
Eugenia’s parents are very wealthy and given her father’s profession in investment banking I have no doubt a large trust is set up for the brother’s continued care in the event of their deaths, no doubt Eugenia has a trust too because she’s just as incapable as her brother as far as caring for herself.
I actually wonder if Eugenia’s anorexia wasn’t a way for her to make herself disabled and need extra care/attention like her brother. I could see starving herself as a way for her to get attention. The non-disabled kid in a family of two children can be resentful of all the extra time and attention their disabled sibling gets.
I don't think it's a good idea to judge this solely based on her facial fullness. In the KH video, she was 24. She's now 27. Even if her weight had not changed at all, her face would have started to lose fullness because that's just what happens due to age.
With that being said, I do think she's probably very close to the weight she was in the KH video, based on her arms and hands. And now that I've seen the way her face moves when she talks, I think she's probably also gotten some cheek fillers in addition to her hair extensions.

Eugenia's hair on her left over the last 6 become extremely scraggy meaning extensions just won't hold and will fall out. The right side as ADHD points out is shining differently and I am fully convinced she is massively balding due to the anorexia. The area ADHD is clearly not her hair, if you compare the hair to the right of the highlighted portion, it's different quality and scraggy like the left side.
The diapers are also a clear sign that the end is truly near. She is clearly a shell and the KH video was her at death's door but she has learned to use foundation because she is close to that point she was at.

True, but because she's so old and has been doing this for so many years, undoubtedly her body is suffering far more. Even when she attempted recovery she was clearly not eating that much. She showed herself having yogurt for breakfast once during this period, but we didn't see how much she ate of it. It's been mentioned quite a few times in the thread when her age comes up that ana-chans start dropping like flies in their 30s, and for good reason. Also to be honest, and I'm not sure if it's angling/lighting, but she actually looks slightly skinnier in the bottom image you posted, and far far more pale, so I'm inclined to believe she's doing worse regardless
The ones who stick around are usually in and out of rehab so they'll put on a bit of weight, then lose it, over and over again. The only reason Eugenia hasn't croaked yet is because of that period a couple of years ago when she started eating a bit. That bought her a few years.

There’s still a fair amount, I’d guess kids are mostly the ones tagging her in fan edits on Instagram like this. I don’t think they care about her style being outdated, but are drawn to her kind persona, may relate to her lamenting about bullies, and her unrestricted Disney, Barbie, etc. dress up videos pop up on YouTube Kids. It’s probably mostly kids commenting “body goals” on all her social media. A few months ago there was yet another minor claiming to have been sent sexual private messages by a longtime donor who was then reluctantly banned by Eugenia.

Pretty sure Eugenia’s mom has moved the crew out of the California rental mansion a few years back into their mcmansion in toney Greenwich, CT. I think they left CA after few months she got out of forced treatment.

It depends on where she dies (hospital or home), but I’d expect they would do an autopsy on her if she died at home. There’s a question of abuse/neglect, drugs and other matters in the air when a young person dies at home that authorities would want to be sure is investigated.
I know lots of ME offices are extremely overburdened due to all the fent OD’s, and it’s very obvious they died of a overdose, but autopsies are required on all of them.

In my opinion, there's no way there won't be some kind of investigation on her mom. People are welcome to destroy themselves so long as it's not lethal, and soon it will be for Eugenia, and there will be public outrage against her mom. Eugenia has been on the news before, and so many people are watching her situation just to see if she'll be okay at this point, so it'll very likely make it to news stations, which will bring the public's attention to her mom and why she never got this skeleton of a girl some help before it was too late. No sane, well meaning mother would just let her daughter die like that, and there's too much evidence to her being an enabler thanks to camwhore Eugenia's carefully chronologged life.
That being said, whether any kind of charges would stick is anyone's guess, but there's just too much creepy behavior by her mom not to warrant some sort of investigation after her dirt nap.

Yes but her legs were beat red in the kingdom heats video (sign of a failing heart) and her chest was not just bony but entirely sunken in. I haven't seen these features in her more recently. As I said, if she drops to that weight again she's going to die this time of cardiac arrest.
To be honest, I wonder if it was the stress of covid that caused her to relapse so hard.
Looking through her YouTube, she posted a video in a sweater with a full unsunken face (by Eugenia standards) in April of 2020. Her videos before then went sort of back and forth, but you could tell there was some sort of lucidity there. But right after "Things Not to Say to Someone with Mental Health Problems" it's just a full on downspiral.
Eating disorders have a lot to do with control and a lot of people lost a lot of control during the pandemic, especially at the start of it. I wonder if that's what set it off, her trying to regain what control she had lost.
I'd be keen to agree if this were any other person; however, Eugenia exists in a controlled microcosm. Covid or not, she does not leave the house. Restrictions on movement about the community did/do not affect her, as she just...doesn't leave her bedroom (or home, if we're getting ambitious). The mental health toll on the general population is for sure very real; however, in my honest opinion, Eugenia's lifestyle sheltered her from the brunt of Covid's forced isolation. She was an island before a virus took the wheel.

Maybe fillers, but it looks more like too-huge veneers. Her face has always been round (which may be a contributing reason she internalized this idea that she's never thin enough - if she's seeing a rounded/soft face when she's fixated on angles and hollows as characteristics of thinness, you could see how this goes). I can't imagine someone with anorexia using fillers for soft-tissue areas, except maybe something for agelines or under-eye hollows. Maybe bony areas like cheekbones or jaw/chin, but not cheeks. (on the other hand, full cheeks are childlike, but then children don't wear heavy makeup, so I'm still falling back to a no on that).
And I don't believe for a minute that someone at this stage/duration of anorexia has hair or teeth that look like hers naturally. Wigs/wiglets/extensions. Fits her girly/glammy persona, and consistent with enabling parents (mom) who want to help a pretty girl be pretty.
