I don't even think the inpatient stay she got could be constituted as help with how her life is, the family supporting the disorder either actively or just letting it happen and how long Eugenia has had free reign with this her anorexia. I think if she had a different family dynamic and people who supported her within the first few years of it starting, inpatient or outpatient could have benefitted her. I think even if she got help at the same point in her life and she had a family as supportive of her recovery as her friends were, she would have a chance at recovery. With how Eugenia's life has laid out, she's been able to indulge in her mental illness from day 1. At least, that's what it seems like.Shame she's such an unapologetic trainwreck
Regardless of that, Eugenia has built her life around this. She profits from it emotionally and financially in a hedonistic way and will continue to do so until something out of her control stops her. I'm sure her family benefits from it as well. Whether it be severe health issues or more forced treatment, I doubt it would be anything less serious than that. It's pretty sad and sick when you don't look at her shitty behavior with who she's pandering to.

When I first saw this version of her (arguably her wort state ever) it boggled my mind how she was able to stand. I've seen a few pictures of severe Anorexic's who are at this level but they are all in bed or needing a wheelchair. I once saw a case of a 14 year old girl on youtube who was severely Anorexic and after being in intensive care she needed to go to a rehab center just to learn to walk again as her muscles in her legs were so atrophied.

Does she have no family or friends which are worried about her? I mean, there are several countrys where she could be forcibly admitted to psychiatry in her current state, just to prevent further self harm and a presumably inevitable early death.

We've been through this a billion times in this thread but no, in the United States she cannot be forced into treatment against her will. Drug addicts and drunks can by the courts if they've committed a crime but slowly killing yourself via starvation does not qualify.

She was forcibly 5150'd by (now ex) friends who had to pull a lot of secret stunts to get it to happen because her family likes her this way. It probably won't happen again, she showed signs of improvement after but quickly relapsed hard. I think the only way she has a chance of surviving the next 5 years now is if she ends up in the hospital and she gets a vulnerable adult classification, in the same vein that parents get CPS called on them after shit gets so bad that they have no choice but to seek treatment, but I honestly think Eugenia's mom would let her die before she lets her get hospitalized if past behavior is any indication.

Her videos before then went sort of back and forth, but you could tell there was some sort of lucidity there. But right after "Things Not to Say to Someone with Mental Health Problems" it's just a full on downspiral.
Eating disorders have a lot to do with control and a lot of people lost a lot of control during the pandemic, especially at the start of it. I wonder if that's what set it off, her trying to regain what control she had lost.

I peeked in on her stream yesterday, and while I didn't really watch much of it because it was kind of boring, something did stand out to me:
The hair I've tried to outline in green seemed to catch the light a lot differently than the rest of her hair. Is that hair probably extensions or some other hairpiece?

Eugenia's hair on her left over the last 6 become extremely scraggy meaning extensions just won't hold and will fall out. The right side as ADHD points out is shining differently and I am fully convinced she is massively balding due to the anorexia. The area ADHD is clearly not her hair, if you compare the hair to the right of the highlighted portion, it's different quality and scraggy like the left side.
The diapers are also a clear sign that the end is truly near. She is clearly a shell and the KH video was her at death's door but she has learned to use foundation because she is close to that point she was at.

I'd imagine Eugenia is too weak to do any kind of actual care for her brother. But if her parents are half as dysfunctional as we think, Eugenia may be trying to do the same thing for the future of her brother.

There’s still a fair amount, I’d guess kids are mostly the ones tagging her in fan edits on Instagram like this. I don’t think they care about her style being outdated, but are drawn to her kind persona, may relate to her lamenting about bullies, and her unrestricted Disney, Barbie, etc. dress up videos pop up on YouTube Kids. It’s probably mostly kids commenting “body goals” on all her social media. A few months ago there was yet another minor claiming to have been sent sexual private messages by a longtime donor who was then reluctantly banned by Eugenia.
I’d guess not. If she did drink on stream it’d surely be clipped and posted to YouTube as though it’s breaking news, like the two or three times she did take a sip due to coughing. No bathroom break for 9 hours either…

Honestly, she's worse now than she was at the KH video. When you look at her in the KH video, her face was a lot fuller, but now she has that ana granny thing going on. The human body is very resilient and Eugenia has demonstrated she's smart despite her outward demeanor, so she's probably taking vitamin supplements or drinking shakes to get her bare minimum sugars and vitamins. When you deal with an ED for a long time, you learn how to strategize and keep efficiency. I don't think she's quite knocking on death's door yet but she's certainly walking up the steps, she may survive another year but my hopes aren't high after that.

Agreed. Eugenia is one of the few cows who I've followed quite closely outside of the farms, and she definitely does look a lot worse. This is something you'll see often with anorexics in recovery who relapse - the caloric increase during treatment is a shock to the metabolism, so once they go back to eating less than that, it's quite easy for them to lose weight, and if they're already significantly underweight like Eugenia is, things can go downhill fast.
