Puerto Vallarta, Cancún, Mazatlán, San Carlos Sonora or in Big Cities (Guadalajara, Monterrey, Tijuana, Mexico City) He would be fine in that regard. if he stays away of Northern Mexico, Michoacán, Jalisco Mountains or the Gulf (Veracruz, Tamaulipas) he most likely wouldn't get in narco related troubles unless he sought them; which is not that unlikely because he is a tough life retard.Think Ralph may have an issue with this
