Eh, that's anything related to psychology for you though. You can spend a lifetime categorizing and labeling and never really wind up knowing more than you did to start with.

You could say he has Narcissistic Personality Disorder, or say he has an underdeveloped frontal lobe, or describe the specific developmental reasons why he is the way he is, but they're all just different ways of saying he behaves like a dipshit. Considering his irrelevance to the world there's probably no practical reason to consider it any further.

(Unless you're a bunch of bored weirdos on an internet forum, in which case it gives you something to do.)
 
I know Aydin was saying "oh but he's not a woman with BPD", but let me tell you I have lived with a man who had BPD and while they were one of the most evil disgusting fuckers I have ever had the mispleasure of knowing - they weren't anything like Ralph.

This isn't to say you can't fit some of the traits of BPD on Ralph, but he clearly lacks the propensity for self-harm, he doesn't oscillate between his views of people - once he hates you that's it - while he does have intense feelings its almost exclusively anger and envy.

He's not suicide baiting, he's got a consistent view of himself.

He just doesn't act like one of those people. Yet you can match him up with the NPD checklist with no problem at all.

Another point is that it's difficult for NPD to even recognise they have a problem, with BPD on the other hand they can recognise the problem (or so they claim) they just can't - or won't - change.
 
I'd unironically sit through a full Killstream before listening to ten seconds of some faggot Vtuber with an anime avatar larping as a psychologist.
 
I just listened to the full Metokur therapy session a day later. Ralph's situation is depressing. He's physically and mentally unwell along with everyone he knows turning against him. Jim was such a bro to give him good advice.

Not so much stupidity as long-term severe alcohol abuse screws with your brain and leads to increased impulsivity. I'm sure the benzos don't help with that either since they affect the GABA receptors in a very similar way.

He's also undoubtedly severely malnourished.

Made me laugh, that. For all his bullshit he says about "He's not about online friends," Metokur acted like a good friend would to Ralph. Of course, Ralph's too fucking stupid and inexperienced to see that, and he likely never will.

I don't think he'll "purposely" kill himself, but I could see Ralph going out with an accidential fentanyl overdose. (((They))) put that in all of the street drugs, even shit you wouldn't expect. All you need to have a heart attack is to take "too much" fent on another opioid. Unless Ralph is on the ball and using fent test strips on every bottle he gets from his pill shed then he's in serious danger of being felted by some unscrupulous dealer.

I think Ralph is just stupid and fat. Why do you people need to make labels so fat women can use those labels as shields? I want to know how much estrogen Ralph's fatass, alcoholic body makes because his diet and lifestyle is probably like natural HRT and would explain why he's gotten progressively more effeminate that he even carried a purse around openly.
