When people discuss the internet as the ultimate communication tool, they don't think of genetically defective people exposing themselves to live audiences. This isn't a complaint though, because if ralph really does have this condition then his infamy can make it easier to spot amongst potential fathers and help remove it from the gene pool.

Personally I don't believe that Ralph will ever unironically oof himself. Unless he goes to prison, dies from liver failure/in a car crash or picks a fight with the wrong person, I think Ralph will live for us too see his mental state deteriorating to the point he becomes Chris levels of delusional.

There is nothing deep or complicated wrong with Ralph and you don't need some armchair YouTube tard or GOTIS pickme to tell you that. I have a PhD from Duke University and worked at UCLA, and I can tell you the biggest issues are that Ronnie went out to buy cigarettes, he is white trash, and he has substance abuse issues. That's it.

Ralph doesn't compulsively overeat. He just drinks too many calories. Cushing's and chronic alcoholism explain most of his problems.
