The gigolo story is just to goad and degrade her, the fact he made up that story and specifically included anal sex points to an issue.

It is a mistake to compare Meigh to normal women.

She seems to have quite a few kinks and if she was anally raped at 17, I believe as a coping mechanism, it is not unusual that a rape victim wants to re-live part of the rape in a more controlled circumstance, provided the initial rape didn't have high levels of violence involved.
 
So, here's my thoughts. There's a few distinct possibilities here, and none of them are good for Ralph.

First possibility: Ralph is telling the truth, as is Meigh. In this scenario, Ralph is a piece of shit for sharing this extremely personal story. Also, it only serves to make her seem more sympathetic. I guess it makes her mom seem like a cunt, but that's beside the point; that doesn't somehow negate his abuse, and in fact might actually make it worse, especially if he knew about it before his flagrant domestic abuse.

Final result: total Gunt L.

Second possibility: Ralph is telling the "truth," but Meigh made the story up for some reason. In this scenario, he is still a piece of shit for sharing this story. Even if it is a lie, in this scenario he believes it as truth, which still makes him a piece of shit for sharing it, and anyone that believes it is likely to be more sympathetic to Meigh.

Final result: total Gunt L, and also Meigh L for being a lying cunt.

Third possibility: Ralph is lying and Meigh never said any of this shit. I don't think I need to explain this one at all. It still has all the issues of the first two results, along with the added bonus of him making up a gross fanfic of his wife getting ass raped as a teen.

Final result: total Gunt L, maybe even an absolute L.

You may notice a pattern here: no matter the scenario, the Gunted One always loses. That's because sharing the story of your ex wife getting ass raped, true or not, IS LITERALLY NEVER A WIN. EVER.
 
When Ralph joined Locals, people at the company’s highest level said that on principle they don’t punish creators for what they do off-platform. I wonder if that applies to outing a child rape victim and publishing likely fabricated stories defaming an innocent mother as unwilling to help her child prosecute her rapist.

While I did fine the whole redemption ark to be nothing more then a funny joke, I never truly believed that Ralph could redeem himself. He's too much of a garbage human being to change
And I'm glad this whole ordeal reminded people of who Ralph really is, and a "redemption ark" was never going to be a thing

The moving to Mexico thing is odd. While certainly not unheard of, it’s not something most Americans do. But ok, I get him moving down there with his fiancee (Pantsu at the time) and daughter. If you’re there with loved ones, I can see the appeal. But if I moved down there with my fiancée and then he left me, no matter the perks, I couldn’t stay, I barely speak any Spanish, I’d be so lonely. Unless I lived in a town that happens to have lots of Americans, how would I meet new people? I don’t think there are many Americans in the town Ralph lives in. I’m surprised he’s choosing to stay there, I figured he’d for sure go back to the US. I imagine it’s very lonely there for him and thats probably contributing to his problems.
