I've always thought Ralph would be one of those people that are so shitty that they survive on spite alone, but he's been escalating his behavior and recklessness exponentially since Nora left him, it looked like he was calming down while hiding the past few months (actually avoiding needless fights and not exploding at everything), but the texts from A-man-da show that nothing really has changed, he's just gotten better at hiding it from the public eye.
He's still the same retard that explodes in rage whenever someone makes a comment he doesn't like, he has an ego bigger than Sargon's during his UKIP phase, and he's still drinking and abusing drugs (probably more than ever) to the point where he can't control himself.
With that said, it's only a matter of chance whether he survives or not, especially living in Mexico, buying drugs from locals, etc. Maybe he offends one of the locals or his dealer with his amerimutt behavior thinking that he can insult people and it won't escalate beyond shoving and getting in each others' faces, maybe his incessant bragging about money (along with his hood rich lifestyle) becomes well known among the locals and he becomes a target. Maybe he just gets a bad batch of whatever drug he's doing now. Either way, there are so many opportunities for it to go bad that it's really down to dumb luck.
And that's just thinking about the added risks of living in Mexico, he still has all the other factors (horrible health, driving like a maniac while highly intoxicated, etc.), so you know, odds are probably against him.
Who knows though, white trash manages to survive longer than most people expect, I do hope this is not just a one-off and it's the return of early 2022 Ralph, since he was at his most entertaining then.
