Energy Official Calls for ‘Queering Nuclear Weapons’

A recent hire at the Biden-Harris Department of Energy’s Nuclear Security Administration believes that “queer theory” is crucial to American security, as part of her sprawling diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) ideology, Fox News revealed Wednesday.

Sneha Nair, special assistant in the NSA, has written in the past about the intersection between DEI and nuclear security implementation, arguing that “DEI is an important framework for addressing widespread social and political inequities with critical implications for strengthening security at nuclear facilities.” DEI is “essential for strong nuclear security implementation,” she said in a Stimson Center article, adding that “creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive nuclear security culture requires organizations to ensure that DEI is seen as a critical component of security throughout the organization, from the executives to the guard force.”

Nair was formerly a research analyst with the Nuclear Security Program at Stimson, which receives hundreds of thousands of dollars in funding from George Soros’s Open Society Foundations. In a June 2023 opinion article, Nair made the case for “queering nuclear weapons,” imploring policy-makers to “look to LGBTQ+ inclusion for better nuclear policy outcomes, and build environments in which queer people can bring their specific skills and lived experiences to bear without fear.”

“Queer theory is a field of study, closely related to feminist theory, that examines sex- and gender-based norms,” she wrote. “It shines a light on the harm done by nuclear weapons through uranium mining, nuclear tests, and the tax money spent on nuclear weapons ($60 billion annually in the United States) instead of on education, infrastructure, and welfare. The queer lens prioritizes the rights and well-being of people over the abstract idea of national security, and it challenges the mainstream understanding of nuclear weapons—questioning whether they truly deter nuclear war, stabilize geopolitics, and reduce the likelihood of conventional war. Queer theory asks: Who created these ideas? How are they being upheld? Whose interests do they serve? And whose experiences are being excluded?”

The Biden-Harris administration passed an executive order in June 2021 that established “a government-wide initiative to advance diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility in all parts of the Federal workforce,” one that forced federal agencies to review “whether employees who are members of underserved communities face barriers to employment, promotion, or professional development within their workforce.” DOE now requires grant applicants to list information abouttheir DEI efforts through Promoting Inclusive and Equitable Research Plans, in which they must detail their strategies “to promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility in their research projects.”

So does this mean they're going to paint rainbows on nukes so that enemy countries are simultaneously humiliated and destroyed? I can't understand what the fuck this curry nigger is trying to accomplish. This just sounds like nonsense.

Even the apocalypse isn't spared from being gay. Fuck everything.

You know, when they made the song 'taking you to a gay bar' and it had lyrics involving 'nuclear war', I thought it was a joke. Then today happened.

Anyway, vid somewhat related.

Involves meme faggotry.

Seems like a sure fire way to diversity hire a bunch of Chinese spies.

I do sometimes wonder why I spent three years working all hours and thinking quite hard to get a science PhD when I could have just taken some open society bucks, played the woman card and written some dreck about how telomeres are totes kweer and like, oppressive, man.
If you wanted to make your enemies weak, without hurting a shot, this is exactly what you’d do isnt it?
Otterly, I am so glad to hold a science degree. I have know idea what midwits like me who instead went through the humanities actually learned. Since everyone and anyone goes to college now, it's not like you only have intellectuals exercising their gifts. While I was in there getting my ass handed to me with facts and hard research, my humanities coevals were just playing thought games as if that was important, and here we are now with those people trying to justify that huge waste of time. Oh yeah, queering shit is just as useful and important as learning systematic processes for uncovering truth. I'm terrified of the looming competency crisis.

"DEI is essential because it's essential that DEI is essential"

Diversity hire can't even give a coherent quote it's brain is so addled with circular logic and dogma.

There’s nothing wrong with a humanities degree. History, classics, the languages, all that stuff is (or was, goodness knows what it’s like now becasue STEM is getting run into the floor and I think they got to the humanities before us…) is incredibly rigorous. I’m not bashing humanities, which are important, I’m just saying that this woman is working in the United States nuclear apparatus with a degree in effectively basket weaving.
Actually no, basket weaving is useful and skilled - she has a degree in utter bollocks.

It’s kind of ironic that just a few decades ago we had things like the lavender scare where it was accepted as fact that anyone with a dodgy private life was an inherent risk to such a sensitive program because they could be compromised, and now we’ve got Sam Brinton celebrated for wanking I to stolen womens clothes.
We are screwed as a society. We need the stem people to be capable of building bridges and machines and we need the humanities people to be capable of assessing the past accurately and both are hopelessly degraded

Yeah, I'm sure that putting the decision to turn the key in the hands of people who cannot normally produce offspring of their own flesh and blood and are openly hedonistic is a great idea. Surely they'll fully weigh the consequences of letting loose with such weapons.
That's probably exactly why they want gays for this shit. They'll be good drones that unleash nuclear hellfire without getting stuck on any kind of pesky morality or the kind of world will go to the next generation.

Probably not gay people, but there's a similar plot point in The Andromeda Strain.

The sociology fuckers are as best I can tell the architects of this mess (at least as far as the open/non-clandestine movements). Pinker posits that it's a response to Nat-Soc ideology in the 50's and that the sociologists basically banded together to 'preserve equality, democracy and fight eugenics' by embracing constructivism whole hog. He also agues that this ideology is very, very appealing to educators, who like to think that every stupid kid just needed them to succeed.

I would take that a step further and say that 'foreign elements' like the Russkies (see Yuri Besminov) while everyone was high on LSD, occupied sociology departments and created the university secret police in the form of Gender/Grievance Studies departments to ideologically control the campuses and artificially weight the scales in favor of the 'intersectional' regime. Ultimately culminating in a long term goal of beheading The West via deconstructionism/demoralization. Could also be the work of a short sighted minority who are also very opposed to Nat-Soc ideology, love multi-culturalism, love post-modern deconstruction, have deep ties to early communism, are over-represented in academia and have no qualms about pulling strings in a covert fashion to get their way.

Nothing short of a neuroscience/bio-informatics revolution can stop them in academia and they are using their gender stazi and Mao inspired struggle sessions to prevent that.

I'm not sure that there is anything more inclusive than a nuclear blast

Her Stimson profile says she speaks English and fluent Spanish, which is weird because you'd think she'd want to advertise if she spoke Hindi, because India, unlike Spain or Mexico, actually has nuclear weapons.
Any queering of nukes will happen in white countries ONLY. This is all academic lecturing and requires nothing beyond the right skin color and vocabulary. She doesn't need to discuss India's nukes to do that.

As an aside, Indians are becoming aware of how much they are despised-- so now the cannier ones aren't playing it up. White people already know she's brown and foreign-- ID'ing as Indian decreases status. Other Indians already know she's part of their tribe so she benefits from racial nepotism automatically.
