Based on everything I've read and heard from others it's always seemed to me that pregnancy tends to come easy when it's not the goal/you want to avoid it while actively trying for pregnancy can take several months or longer over the course of many tries like you said
 
This whole thing is depressing lying, cheating, hypocrisy, and betrayal. Elijah, and Sarah are garbage people.

I've gone years with partners with no unwanted babies.
An "accident" takes a lot of bad decisions.
A cheater likely is a serial cheater, it's just a question if she was seeing Schaffer multiple times per month or if she was screwing half the griftsphere like Lauren Southern
 
I lean about as far right as you can reasonably get while still having a normal social life, and from my perspective there are only like two or three women in the "rw influencer" sphere that aren't complete attention-seeking, retarded pieces of shit. And even they don't add all that much to the conversation, they mostly just serve as decent role models for young conservative women. Sarah Stock is not one of them, nothing she says strikes me as earnest.

This whole saga sucks because Elijah was one of the rare few public-facing conservatives who really knew how to take a joke and hate evil at the same time. I still tend to believe that he took his faith seriously, but was utterly consumed by self-hatred caused by the enemy. He needs to repent over the harm he did to his family, but I pray for him to recover and come back healthy as well.
 
In the OP he's always harassing women. Are there any rumors about him harassing young men? It's hard to believe he wasn't doing that too.
 
I've never liked this guy. He's a fucking retard. He actually falls for the propaganda that China's "living in the future" (literal CCP propaganda) because they have LEDs on their buildings. It's literally the dumbest, lowest rung of propaganda and he still manages to fall for it.
