This is the lawsuit by Alexis Wilkins against Elijah.
The funny thing is that Elijah has his divorce hearing on the 11th before the Palm Beach County Circuit Court the day before going over the motions that Kezia and Elijah submitted. More likely than not Kezia will prevail and get the Florida divorce case dismissed for lack of personal jurisdiction. Kezia likely is waiting to submit a divorce petition when she gets 6 months residency in Texas.

Kezia was likely waiting for the 6 month residency requirement in Texas to pass to file for divorce but Elijah decided to beat her on this in Florida where neither of them have any ties to the state. and likely will be dismissed for lack of personal jurisdiction)
Like at this time in my divorce, like I have these emails. This is before it was like released to the public. I’m like, “My family’s working with the FBI? Like it’s in the dossier.” It’s insane, right? It’s insane.

You know, I haven’t asked Nick back on. I’m not trying to cash in on that.
I understand what — he did me a favor, okay? He did me a favor as a real friend. And I appreciate the hell out of that sign of doing what’s good.
And you know what? I’m at the point now where I think if he didn’t do that, I don’t think people would have known that the lies were lies because you get somebody with a lot to lose telling people it’s not true, you know?
And so when I see this guy, Joe Vega, come on, I’m telling you, there is a real controlled — and I’m only bringing that story up because people don’t realize that it was about destroying Rift. It was the business.
There’s a real concerted war right now to fucking destroy everything that we’ve been trying to build since 2016.
And this is why I bring this up. Even though these people are my friends, I think they’re hurt. I think they hurt. I don’t think they meant to do anything to hurt anyone. I don’t think they meant to give bad optics. And I’m not claiming that they had bad intentions. And I’m not going to drag their asses for it.
But guess what, guys? Who’s the one who bugged my house? It was my brother-in-law. Who betrayed Jesus? It was his own disciple, his own apostle. And I bring that up. Obviously, we don’t think Judas really was an apostle. He’s never with us, right? He was the son of Beelzebub. But really, he got cut off.
But I want to say this. You often get destroyed by the people that claim to love you. And it’s usually the people who claim that they’re supporting you.
I’m telling you right now, it’s fucking gross. But you know what? I talked to Nick about this. I go, “It’s so sick. I’m getting my brother and all these people telling me, ‘Go lie and say you’re an addict and do all this stuff. We love you. We care about you.’”
And you know, when people do things to hurt you, they usually claim that they’re doing it to help you, right?
And I’m not saying that’s what happened here, but I’m saying we’ve got to start policing our movement better because this made me angry, right?
One more addition for today. The Denton County judge spoke with the Palm Beach County judge overseeing Elijah's divorce proceeding over jurisdiction. Denton said to PBC that if they think they have jurisdiction, then PBC can keep jurisdiction and Denton will allow PBC to proceed with the case. If PBC dismisses the divorce proceeding for lack of subject matter jurisdiction and personal jurisdiction, then Denton will keep jurisdiction instead. Denton also stated that they are now awaiting the Florida judge’s ruling on Elijah’s motion to dismiss. The chances of Elijah's divorce proceeding being dismissed in PBC is going up even more.
Can't stop, won't stop. I forgot to include this one. Elijah crashing out threatening retaliation and possible LOLsuits against everyone who has scurred him in the past. He doesn’t say who, but you can guess some of the people from his past such as those at Blaze for example. The problem with the rant is that it exposes him to legal liability and increases the chances of any potential case being dismissed for appearing retaliatory, vindictive, or filed in bad faith rather than for legitimate legal purposes.

I’ve had a recent issue with someone that mutually we had a problem with that claimed to be representing me and essentially got me stuck with a $30,000 legal bill. They got me a $30,000 legal bill. And when I was nice enough to call them out privately — and I’m never going to make it public. I don’t do public drama like that.

I have the problems because you’re claiming you represent me and then it’s being used against me in court. And now I have to fucking go to court to just prove some stuff you were saying.”

The May 4th episode of the podcast marks a clear turning point that I've alluding to coming already in the thread and as a result I'm now dubbing Elijah's podcast the "Fuentes-Pre-Show" because it now revolves entirely around Nick/the groypers, is directed in full by Georgie, and Elijah now has to avoid voicing his true opinion on numerous topics. This was already somewhat apparent but the occurrence of an event which was held over the weekend called "America First United" has forced the show to drop any other pretense as there has been an urgent need to respond in full groyper force because the event used Nick's AF branding in it's name but was not organized by Nick, rather by some Fuentes orbiters. This show was almost entirely Fuentes-centric. Here is a combined version of the majority of the clips related to the disastrous America First United event that Fuentes has been trying to distance himself from. Elijah reveals that Josiah said something about Elijah at some point that Elijah claims is untrue and is being used against him in court which he is having to pay $30k to address, Elijah attributes that cost fully to Josiah.
