When it comes to family court and the rights of a mother and father to time with their children it's not that the Judge would be taking Elijah's side in granting him visitation rights to his children, he's just ensuring that Elijah's rights are not violated as the father of the child.

That being said, the judge does have the discretion to prevent those visitation rights from being exercised if it's deemed to be the case that Elijah is a danger to the children, hence the required drug and psych tests.

Elijah streamed last night but has since DELETED the stream. I did not get a chance to download it before it was removed. I did manage to catch the entirety of their first streaming attempt last night which they ended and then restarted due to technical difficulties, not sure if this video is going to work or not:

The stream opens with some difficulties, Georgie prematurely ends the opening video clip WHICH HAS CHANGED.
Elijah has now added a LEGAL DISCLAIMER to the end of his intro that says that nothing from the streams can be used in court...yeah that's definitely legally binding!
I'm trying to ensure I archive every part of his streams where he mentions any litigation, disclaimers be damned!
Elijah also talks about his re-dyed hair. Elijah claims he re-dyed it because of the discussion on Aryan genetics from the prior episode (which I didn't find interesting enough to clip I don't think? I could clip it if there's interest from others). Elijah reviews all of what he characterizes as rumors to reiterate to his fans that the latest allegations of pedophilia are false.



Elijah plays a video of an Indian dying from electrocution. Elijah goes on to say Aboriginals in Australia are descended from Indians and then says one of the reasons he is banned from Australia is for promoting nationalism and spergs about his divorce for a moment. Says he shouldnt try to make sense of Kesia's actions, "don't try to make sense of it, it's a female...it's costing a lot of money". (Kesia rn: ✍️)


(Kesia rn: ✍️) After watching a clip of Clavicular, Elijah begins to discuss his divorce again at length. I've included everything from when he started talking divorce until he moved on, even diatribes.


I already posted the clip where he talks about his hair dresser who he is flirting with over text and sending her selfies which then segques into Elijah claiming that Kesia cheated on him and he should have gotten an annulment, Georgie says the marriage was never real anyways because it was done in a protestant church, etc, here's that post:

Elijah pitches an idea to Georgie, suggests recording a black and white video of Elijah singing a worship song and posting it to X to see if people make fun of it. Elijah, since you already admit you read this thread, I know that you're retarded or, as you put it, gay and retarded so let me help you out here. So how did he get that stab wound that oh so conveniently allowed him to get a prescription for opiate medication, right before his drug test? This guy is out of control. As I have said, I think he is a danger to himself and others.

1. The final order from the default was only set aside for now. The Temporary Restraining Order however still remains in place which he's only allowed to see the kids UNDER SUPERVISION but not allowed custody of them.
2. Even though the court did order the children return back to the US, it's only if Elijah pays for their flights. If he doesn't do this, then Kezia is under no obligation to fly them back to the US.
3. Elijah with huge emphasis on him along with Kezia is required to give the judge the contact information for the Florida court judge over the divorce case occurring there. The next hearing is on May 11th in Palm Beach County at the North Courthouse.

Elijah has a high bar to overcome keeping Kezia in Florida given that she hasn't resided in Florida for over 6 months and he hasn't resided in Florida for almost 6 months now.
