Nothing they say can be believed, it’s merely a case of weighing the odds of their stories being more or less likely. What is more likely: An adult male sexually assaulting his female partner. Unless she was compelled by an attorney to do so, and then Eli should have no issue releasing said recording.

If Danie was still alive, there would be a sworn affidavit from Danie attached to the LOLSUIT as exhibit A.
 
Reduxx and Blair really never should have included the allegation that Dani killed herself. It never could be proved either way and the lack of definitive proof she was dead should have been reason to question the claim. Now that she's proven alive it basically hands Eli a win and makes the rape allegations seem less credible to anyone who wants to believe troons. I typically like Reduxx but this was really careless.

This is assuming that
1) Danie's hatred for Blaire is stronger than her hatred for Elrick. If we believe Danie, Elrick assaulted her. And if we believe Elrick, Danie assaulted her. Bad blood aplenty.
2) and that Elrick and Green's brain cells will finally evolve from almonds to something that can actually conceive thought. That first filing proves that they're both fucking morons.

Of course, I'm not saying it's impossible. You can technically launch a pig out of a cannon and say a pig flew, but we all know that statement is filled with fraud.
 
It's hard to fault them because they didn't believe a liar who says he showed them a Tumblr post. Eli doesn't even claim in his lawsuit that he told them her new name so they could research it themselves. There's probably not a good reason to believe the original claim but there's also no reason to believe Eli's denial. At no time did anyone establish any way for independent verification. In terms of the actual case, not the public opinion, I don't see how Eli gets around this.

Danie ostensibly being shown to be alive is of little relevance or consequence to the lolsuit. The proper legal standard is that Erlick has to prove that Blaire actually knew that Danie was alive at the time the video was made to a degree of moral certainty. A link to a Tumblr post by Erlick does not even come close to establishing that.

Obviously the lolsuit is retarded and will not succeed. but it’s now been demonstrated that Danie is alive (no thanks to Eli) and because Blaire and Reduxx included the claim she was dead in their coverage of Eli’s crimes it will be easier for him to handwave the allegations in the public view.

Has it been proven though? Someone using a same or similar online handle or user name isn't really proof. What if i changed my username her on the farms to Kurt Cobain or Jimi Hendrix? Is that proof those legends are still alive?

I had no idea that we were in such good company here on the farms.

That being said, I just rewatched the Blaire White video. Contrary to the allegations in the lolsuit, Blaire never says that Eli CAUSED Danie to commit suicide. That is a fatal defect in the pleading. Instead, what Blaire DOES SAY is that there is some speculation that harassment from Eli's followers contributed to the suicide (which may not have happened).

Put another way, Eli's lolsuit is predicated on a "defamatory" statement that was never made by the defendant.

This study examined the treatment experiences of transgender individuals with eating disorders (EDs). Despite this population's elevated risk for EDs, clinicians may be ill equipped to treat these clients. Eighty-four transgender individuals with EDs completed an online questionnaire about their experiences with ED treatment. Inductive thematic analysis produced three themes: role of the body in treatment, negative experiences with clinicians, and recommendations for treatment centers and providers. Participants reported deficits in clinicians’ gender competence, resulting in beliefs that ED treatment was ineffective, sometimes harmful. Further attention to this population's needs is crucial, as inadequate care is potentially life threatening.
