Lol this hasn't been discussed on here yet but Eli was on Dr. Phil in September and got completely obliterated, and came off totally unsympathetic. The episode was about a mother whose school started affirming her daughter's trans identity for over 3 months without telling her.

Also noteworthy, Erlick ommited the text of the Tumblr post so the court evaluating a motion to dismiss has no way to evaluate whether Erlick provided Blair "proof" that Danie is actually alive as alleged.

Never mind the fact that the New York Court does not have personal jurisdiction over Blaire, that New York is an improper venue because Blaire lives in Texas, the complaint violates New York's expanded Anti Slapp law, the complaint does not plead particularized damaages, and the things that Erlick whines about are widely available online from sources other than Blaire.

What boils my blood is the fact that I spent a few good hours looking for Danie, any scrap of evidence that she was alive and when it finally comes to hear from the horse's mouth, all we get is "20. If anything, I did the research Eli is accusing Blaire of not doing and I can tell you singlehandedly, there is zero, ZERO proof I could find that Danie is 100% alive. These people, Eli, Danie, et al. are so riddled with mental illness and personality disorders, that if they swore the sky was blue, I’d still look up.

Nothing they say can be believed, it’s merely a case of weighing the odds of their stories being more or less likely. What is more likely: An adult male sexually assaulting his female partner. What is less likely: Said female providing the man with a audio/visual recording of her recanting her allegations against him. Unless she was compelled by an attorney to do so, and then Eli should have no issue releasing said recording.
