Last I checked she has to:

* Chauffeur him around because he's scared of highway driving (autism never fails, one road out of his gated community leads onto a state highway and the other onto a four-lane road that is a highway in all but name)
* Cook for him because he can barely do that for himself-literally all he can make is 'tism sauce and frozen shit, to say nothing of the Cup of Noodles hilarity
* Chaperone him on his recreational trips to the mall because he's afraid of the big mean world unless he has someone to hide behind support him
* Ignore him as he blows bubbles in a spinny chair, all while wearing a 20 year old vest and glasses that don't even fix his vision problems

And in exchange for all these she gets room, board, and spending money. Are you sure she isn't a tard wrangler?

Aside from the smell, goat laughs, and especially since they aren't fucking- doesn't seem like too bad a deal espiucally with all the cash his wheelchairs throw at him.
