The new "Behind-the-Scenes Reeemergency" hairline is pretty rough though. Going to need to go full-beanie mode in the coming months.

I bet he'd wear the cowboy hat for every stream except for the fact that he can't figure out a way to make it work with the headphones. Thus the lazy beanie we often see him wear once Hardcore Begging Season lapses into the colder seasons of the year.

I remember watching a movie about people in a bunker during a nuclear war, and towards the end when they get radiation poisoning their hair was pretty much the same.

Haven't seen it noted before but with the latest reeeemergency and him having the window open you can see his sideburns are even receding, which is usually the last thing to go. There's no way this dude is going to have hair in 5 years.
 
If he doesn't start wearing hat/wig, maybe he will e-beg for hair plugs or follicle transplant procedure

I legit have violent spasms when I hear him say time and time again that he doesn't have bald patches in his beard. 'They're just white hairs that the low resolution camera doesn't pick up!'

Genetics is a bitch, man. I knew a kid in school that already had grey hair before he was 18. Another kid had a worse receding hairline than Dave. Hell, I looked at my genetic donors and through some albums and knew I was going to be fucking hosed in the scalp department. So, I have it buzzed down to a manageable point to minimize how awful it would look if I kept it longer.

Course, I'm ahnest about it, and i just deal with it.

The best part is that this is probably the only time in Phil's life that he should use the "not my fault, nothing I can do" excuse and instead he just denies it's even a thing.
