I can’t wait until that hair in the front REALLY starts to recede.

It's pretty bad, except his 480p quality webcam (intentionally) hides it well. I can't find a pic but there was a diagonal side shot that showed how his long hair hides his temples, otherwise it almost looked like it was falling out more so than receding. Of course he had to shower before this big stream because the wet hair probably looks thicker too lol. The amount of effort he puts into denying that he's receding like the majority of men do in their late 30s is incredible, second to how his weight loss has been from his healthy lifestyle changes and not skipping breakfast for a year of muscle atrophy.

kinda envious how easily phil can make money but i wouldn't trade anything for that jaw/chin (or lack of)

Would be quite funny to see him via HD cam and no goatee.
But man, Kat what are you doing. How much worse was Subaru man.

If he didnt grow a goatee we would all see that he is a chinless fatty with no facial features, just look at a picture of him without it,its horrifying, just look at that double chin and thumb face. Also no cheekbones.

getting bald in your late 30s is just normal if your parents are closely related or if you get chemo.

your hair just gets a little bit more greyish over that periode.

Here it is with Soma Julius Cruz making fun of him for being bald during it (3h08m50s if timestamp doesn't work on your device)
Edit: (Mild volume warning as Soma's volume is louder than Phil by a bit)

also @Haunter you are a gentleman and a scholar and I will dance at your funeral. . .hmm, I'm just now realizing that may not be how the phrase is supposed to go. . .that's what my friends in high school would always say to me, though they never said that to each other. . .well anyways, thanks for the phenomenal OP dood:lol:
It's funny how he tries to hide something so obvious. He cant even remember his own lies. He use to blame his bald spot on the way his mother brushed his hair even though it wasn't visible during his buzzcut days.
Looking back at some of his old videos you can see that his hairline began receding around 2010 and around 2011 he began growing it out to hide it. Later that year he started wearing beanies on video. By 2012 he was combing his hair back to hide the giant bald patch that was forming on top of his head.

Phil has so many grey hairs in his goatee that it seems to look patchy. Why doesn't he have any grey hairs on his head though? My speculation is that Phil gets his hair dyed by the stylist.

The man who has no money to do anything can afford to drive to another city to see a personal hair stylist and get his hair cut and dyed even though he is going bald. Wise financial investment.

He went from looking like the estranged, gypsy half-brother of Simmons from Yovideogames to looking like the jaundiced bastard child of Brian O'Halloran and the Globglogabgalab.

That is exactly my thoughts. He probably goes to a certain hairdresser that specializes in this kind of shit that he has to make appointments for and even drive 30 minutes to do it. Because the times he does say he has to go get his hair done, he comes back like they just gave him a slight fucking trim.

Any normal dude would just hop into a barber shop and get it done without an appointment.

Dark is definitely doing some type of hair routine every month, it's why he takes a whole day to do it. It's not just a cut and a dye, he's getting some type of bald man cope procedure. This could be anything from special shampoo's and snake oils, to hair plugs, to man weaves.

Alcoholism affects your body's ability to absorb or use vitamins and minerals, and B12 is one of the big ones. It is associated with brain function, but also hair and nail growth and health. Alcoholics are told to take vitamins daily although I dont think they do anything, but B-multivitamins as well as potassium and I believe phosphorous, calcium and d-vitamins. Usually you get a decent amount of them from a balanced diet, but actual hard alcoholics dont actually eat all that much, you get calories from alcohol and they usually are in between drinking and blacking out. Phil has also stated he has a shit diet.

I dont think he's that much of an alcoholic, but I did read an article once that mentioned that a lot of Americans drink enough to classify as being alcoholic which is more than 2 standard "drinks" a day. I dont think it was a majority, but it was like 1 in 4 or 1 in 3. So even if he's not a homeless alcoholic Im sure that catches up. I would say it's a burnout or slow suicide but he just got married so I dont know.

Stress and isolation also age you. Ive read that isolation is considered worse than smoking and possibly drinking, especially for your heart, but again it's all just clickbait news stuff.

With the hair transplant, they have to shave your head down pretty close to do the procedure. He might be using Rogaine, but if he had surgery he'd be wearing a bandana or hat for a couple months afterwards because it's pretty clear you had surgery for a while, so no plugs for Phil yet.

I'm gonna have to spoiler this shit. Cause it makes my skin crawl. Here's a method for hair transplant. Bring on the Islamic content.

The slicked back hair thing really isn't doing him any favours. His dark hair tendrils clumped together with gel are always going to flop around, which only makes his glowing white scalp more obvious. He needs to blow dry that shit to make it fluffier and look fuller.
