Sparking Zero DLC trailer. It's alright, still won't get me back into it since the foundation of it is mediocre but it's nice to see that they're at least trying.
I played some more XV2 and is it me, or is the game very easy? Im already level 43 and i just finished the Frieza saga. The game just throws EXP at you but i guess that's thanks to all the extra content they added over the years.
Yeah vanilla Xenoverse 2's story mode is very easy, it's the parallel quests, DLC, and other late game stuff that has any real challenge like Rick said. XV1 was a lot worse though in that it wasn't difficult, just frustrating due to retarded super armor bosses that don't flinch.
Good grief, the story of these XV2 dlcs is so fucking ass.
This Fu faggot just gets a random hair up his ass about heroes, and you particularly. So he goes bumble fucking his way through various timelines, gathering power in his gay jerk crystals, then takes in all the power to become Sephiroth but gayer because he's a blue elf. Then he starts erasing all of time because it turns out his goal was to SAVE YOU because in every eventuality you die at some point by someone, and then it turns out again that FU was the one to eventually end up as your DOOM in all FUTURES, which is why he then decides to erase all bad guys ever and himself.
But then your CaC apparently tries to save them from this pointless suicide not because it's pointless and literally won't fix anything, but because we're just such a true hero.
Then we fight the embodiment of his misdeeds blah blah. Goku's the only one who can save the day but timey-wimey stuff means he disappears, but not before giving you his new super special ultra instinct plus form that basically acts as "this is the only way you can damage the boss" mode. Then you fight FUTURE'S DOOM like a billion times in a row with his billion health bars and XV1 boss style stamina/hyper armor mechanics.
They really did not even try to take advantage of the setting. Just endlessly rehashing "what if a bad guy brought another bad guy, or displaced a good guy, and made someone stronger than they should be".
Broly and Cheelai show up in the 3rd pack, though, and their stuff was actually fun. It's the closest they get to playing with the possibilities by having them get trapped in Conton because of Fu's faggotry. They become temp Patrollers during their stay and you're their partner/mentor. You hang out, build a relationship, kinda flirt depending on how you read it and what choices make in dialog since they talk directly to you. More of that would have cool over the last 10 years. Could have really expanded the game in a direction other than always online raid slop.
I'm glad they included this in the game at all, I thought Chi-Chi's commentaries were great in BT3 and it's neat seeing Bulma and Videl too. One of the few things I really like about the game.
So there's a whole tard fight happening over AI thumbnails. And, at the center of it all, are the two retards - Geekdom and TotallyNotMark
A few days ago, there were a bunch of YouTube thumbnails from Geekdoms new channel that were brought to attention by one of Mark's ex YouTube editor and Geekdom a-logger, TeeHallums.
A day later, Geekdom made a apology YouTube community post talking about how AI is just getting better and it's hard to tell what's real art and what's AI art.
Mark took Geekdom to task for this and responded accordingly.
But I suppose Geekdom didn't feel bad anymore the instant Mark called him out, insinuating it's not Mark behind the account.
Geekdom was even doing the whole tough guy routine about needing to stop pulling punches against people. Fortunately, Geekdom won't be going 100% full power right now.
When somebody responded to him, Geekdom said he just randomly grabs shit from Google and doesn't think. And when that person told him his problem is that he doesn't think, Geekdom pulls the classic "you don't know me" card. But he really wants this dude to know him.
I already kinda don't like Totallynotmark but watching him and Devilartemis clown on Geekdom is hilarious. Even that fag Littlekuriboh got in on it, lmao that's just sad
I wouldn't get your hopes up. I share your enthusiasm, but Geekdom's had crowds turn on him at various points throughout the years and somehow he maintains his presence.
Update on the Geekdom AI drama. It seems like there's a conspiracy at play here because Geekdom is claiming this is a corroborated attack since the Dragon Ball Daima leak.
When somebody brings up that it's over Geekdom using AI thumbnails, Geekdom was bringing up the 2024 drama with AnimeAjay (someone he is obviously referencing but not name-dropping for some reason. Coincidentally, Ajay did the same thing 2 years ago) to tell folks these guys have it out for him.
Same, it's his coolest look in the entire series.
It's so cool Heroes had to bring it's own version of it due to how uncool Trunks has been since Super.
Shit, I haven't thought about Geekdom since the Super Broly days where me just expressing a modicum of doubt about his coverage of 'leaks' was enough to have him recording a vague-posting crash out.
I will never forgive Super for ruining Trunks' image. Also damn those are some good quality gifs, "shining blow" is probably one of his coolest finishes right behind the classic Frieza Sashimi one.
No one really posts Morcah's video here, shitposts or otherwise, so I figured I'll share his latest one.
Context: AU where Goku and Vegeta swapped places, was initially a shitpost version of that actual fan manga but is became an unofficial continuation of it and slowly got more serious as time went on. This episode Kakarot thought his son died (I think) and went to confront the androids (who are noticeably more psychopathic in this timeline), pulling a Bardock in the end.
Finished XV2 main story. Looked up a guide how to get end game gear and the grind just turned me off from playing any more. Maybe i get into someday, but not today.

Save Editor. It's your game after all, that and mods (sadly you will have to downgrade as the mod tool making is a lazy nigger) are the only reason I still played after realizing the grind was going to be awful.
IIRC the God of Time uses the threat of undoing his work in the Cell saga to essentially enslave Trunks and conscript him into her Time Patrol (partly because she was lonely).
