I thought Tori only gave general character designs and wiped his hands clean until they needed more? Though given his track record, general story outlines probably amount to vague shit like "a guy actually makes the wish to become the strongest being in the universe with a set of dragonballs, some other guys who are like pirates sorta wanted to do that themselves, here's a rough idea of how they look. Oh and Bardock has some connection to it all somehow. Make sure you spell my name right on the check"

The choreography's a bit better, but Gohan acting like his usual self while in Beast kind of misses the point of that form imo.
