Sadly I've lost the puff piece that started my descent into the rabbit hole, but Alan North was in the alumni mag in a nice fluffy article in which it mentioned that he was married to Annemarie Suprenant and had a son called Adrian (lol, no relation).

I don't know when they met, but Suprenant's less-than-stellar honesty started back in the 90s:

I think that's the first time he's ever referenced the complaints made against him to the GMC, and to his 'employers'. Nothing is going to happen with the GMC complaint because they haven't been made by a patient, or another statutory body like the Police. The ones to his employers, well all any letter to a potential employer needs to achieve, is to motivate them to type his name into Google.

It's his own fault, he's pissed off so many people, that there are more than a few ready to sign their own names to letters of complaint about him.

I’m not too sure: I don’t think he’s over exaggerating when he states there have been 100s of complaints. Now a lot of these would have been from batshit crazy Terven types and probably of no merit, but some must have been of substance. He has been exonerated by the GMC before (see previous posts), and he was under some sort of review in 2019 because of the shenanigans surrounding his Twitter account. But some of the mud will stick; before HarryTheChav was banned he stated he has an outstanding case with the GMC. The GMC don’t have any case for clinical negligence AFAIK, but there is potential for bringing the profession into disrepute.
He has no self control and thinks his Troon advocacy covers him in a cloak of invincibility.
