The one on the left is Minerva (we call her either Minner or Minnie). She's five years old, insanely bipolar. One minute she'll purr like a motorbike, stuff her little wet cat nose into your eyes and ears, beg to be picked up... but then the next minute she viciously growls, hisses and swipes at you for no apparent reason. She likes my dad better.
The one on the right is Decimus (we call him Bomble). He's three years old and Minerva's son. He's spoiled rotten. He sleeps under or on my sheets, routinely steals food off my fork or out of my hands, bullies Minerva, but also follows me around and comes to me when I whistle, even from across the house. Is also completely terrified of my dad.
Currently there are 12 cats living at my house. Five are newborn kittens (>week old), so they really don't count. One is a temporary queen and mother of the newborns. Once she has raised them through 9 weeks, she will be going to my breeding partner's house to be bred to her next stud (she's a purebred Bengal, TICA registered and so is he). Another is a purebred Bengal kitten that is being sold soon. I hope.
The remaining five? Well, they are my menagerie and I love them all to itty bitty pieces.
First up is Lovey. My rescue and near and dear to my heart. He was born with a derpy paw that is basically useless except as a scoop for him. When he runs, he uses the leg for balance but never weight bearing.

Next up is Kitana. She is a Munchkin. Yes, with little itty bitty short legs. We call her BUFF KITTEH because when she walks she looks like a little Arnold Schwarzenegger strutting. And yes, when we call her BUFF KITTEH it is said in an Austrian accent. We are weird.

Then there is Midnight and Duchess. They are sisters, but are as different as night and day. Both are Munchkins as well. However Duchess did not get the short-legged gene and is classified as a "Non-Standard Munchkin." I think that's silly, so she's just a normal cat and I never tell people she's a Munchkin. Because face it, she's not. lol

Last, but certainly not least is Zeus. He is a Scottish Kilt - a Munchkin + Scottish Fold. And he is the CUTEST DAMN CAT EVER. I swear. You cannot deny Zeus. Anything. You will melt just trying. Because he is that. Damn. Cute.

Zeus even has his own following on Facebook. And he recently became a dad. See Bengal listed above. We were trying for Genettas, but his white screws with the coloration. So we ended up with standard and non-standard Munchkins. Won't know about the ears if they will fold for a few weeks or so. He also has gotten Midnight pregnant and she will burst forth his spawn sometime shortly before Christmas.

Another cold snap is coming and so I opened the window because my room's the hottest one in the house. And so Charlie and Drogo BOTH decided they needed to be in it at the same time. Because cat reasons.
There's a cat at work who is a Siamese/Manx mix and he's gorgeous, he does have the typical markings of the Siamese (more like manx markings with Siamese colors), has a stub tail like a manx and has crossed eyes.
People ask me if there's something wrong with him because of his eyes but it's just him
His name is Bobby so anytime I talk to him I do it in a Hank Hill voice for some reason
Moo-moo can rest easy knowing that the Farms are back up. Moo-moo thanks you. He also killed a giant rat today and left me the head, and the spine with only part of the tail attached.
I got some bad news today. My parents' cat apparently has a mass in her abdomen and it's cutting off her digestive tract. The vet gave us some steroids to hopefully reduce the inflammation, but it doesn't look good. This is heartbreaking for me, because we've had her for like 14 years.
