We adopted her from a no-kill shelter in 2014, and once she was able to explore the house, she basically took over. We think she's a munchkin cat since she's the smallest of the three at the age of seven, but it's hard to say. She's the most vocal, the most needy, the most bratty, but dammit she's cute. So much so, she looks like a fat rodent (mostly a mouse) depending on the angle.
My mom had a Japanese friend in high school named Ayumi, it's the only Japanese name she can pronounce lol. Considering the name mostly means "walking beauty", it still fits our cat with that in mind.
