The irony of yaniv complaining of Donald videoing folks whilst he himself photographs Donald. Secretly recording neighbours sat in their car and then uploading online is more acceptable I suppose.

Security doesn't care. They aren't paid enough to care, and if they are scared of him most companies have a hands-off policy resulting in a call to the police, which means a report. Too much paperwork to do just to allow JY to get some sort of sick satisfaction from involving way too many innocent people in his stupid victim Olympics.

Security companies are private, and aren't law enforcement, therefore have no duty to listen to you or otherwise do anything for you.

Security doesn't want to remove transgender customers, they want to remove *you* Johnathan. Because the longer you're on property the probability of something stupid occuring quickly reaches 1.

Plus you're likely driving them insane.

  1. In paragraph 1 sentence 2, "but" should be used instead of "and".
  2. In paragraph 2 sentence 1 the present participle (stemming) should have been used instead of the past participle (stemmed) because those medical conditions are , supposedly, still occurring.

There is so much paperwork filed so I may have this wrong but hasn't yaniv known Donald was filing for costs on May 5th(?) so he's only now looking for a lawyer and why the sudden need for a lawyer anyway? Everyone and their dog has known Donald would go for as much $$$ as possible, stupid not to.

If, for some reason, the judge allows this 2-3 months delay what's the betting yaniv turns around and says he couldn't obtain/afford one. <shrugs>

He's taking the absolute fecking piss re the service dog. He doesn't seem to have "disability" needs/problems when visiting restaurants on his own, travelling on ferries, or taking beach trips.

Because the original file was under Yaniv.

On the topic of today's update, I'll have a pdf shortly I hope. I'll be that posted.
Also, I checked the other files... Yaniv responded to DFS's application on May 19. He was served with them DFS's documents on May 10. His June 1 story is a lie.

Getting more confused here...what's the reference to a 150 page affidavit?

The "May 19" is that yaniv's response to Donald's "Application to Judge" dated 5 May 2021?
 
Wait a goddamn minute...jonnys going to attend the hearing online, with Donny there in person.
If he gets a lawyer, where wil the lawyer be, court, jonnys bathtub?
Our boy is scared, he knows he's gonna eat shit Monday.
I'm gonna need extra popcorn for the one.
I'm expecting the Judge to mute jonny at some point..So much fun in store.
Any guesses at what Donny will be awarded?

In early May, I don't remember the date off the top of my head, DFS filed a 150 page affidavit and application for costs.
Yaniv was served these docs may 10.
On May 19, Yaniv filed an application asking for the hearing for costs to be heard by phone. It was granted.
June 3, Yaniv filed an application to delay the costs hearing, scheduled for June 7.
He says he recieved DFSs application for costs on June 1 - despite the fact that he filed a reply to it May 19.
Now Yanivs delay application will be heard simultaneously as DFS's costs application at 2pm June 7.

yaniv was asking for $35,286.00 so only fair to me that Donald gets that. I very much doubt he will but it would be karma.

I've got a copy of "Affidavit of Donald Francis Smith" filed 3 May 2021 which "is support of my April 29. 2021 APPLICATION TO A JUDGE for costs, assignment of penalty, and compensation for unnecssary expenses" (19 page pdf) - 150 page affidavit was added on to this?

So the arsehole has had weeks to sort out a "lawyer". Seems he was too busy trying to scam others in the meantime to take Donald's claims seriously.

That's what I've been told. I have not seen it. It's basically the screenshots, documents, etc. to support the document you refer to. I have not yet seen the full 150 pages.
 
What time is the hearing with Donny?
jonny wants this heard Monday at 2PM the same time as the hearing with Donny
IN PERSON.
So he knows Donny will be there for court for costs & can't attend because Donny's a psycho. BUT
he can be there in the same building at the same time to try & get an extension.
It would be so neat for jonny to be there, the judge deny him & tell him
"being as you're already here, get your ass in the courtroom with Donny.
This may be a classic jonny meltdown, fainting & all.
I have extra popcorn & time allotted for Monday...

Jonny's hearing for his application and DFS's hearing for costs are scheduled for 2 pm, June 7, to be heard at the same time. I expect they all go in, JY gets 30 seconds to mouth off, a judge decides yea or nay, and if he allows DFS immediately proceeds into his application, or not.

So he can physically attend one court hearing in person and yet can't for the other because he's beyond scared? yaniv logic.

Can't wait for a repeat vid of his alarm screeching and cops swarming all over the place. Should be good.
 
If jonny isn't allowed the extension I predict an anxiety attack, fainting or some other medical bullshit in the courtroom to stop the proceedings & jonny gets his extension.
How much of this bullshit are the courts gonna put up with?

In the states you can't have a lawyer in small claims.

That sounds like he's already in possession of an animal, is he?
Or is he saying there's an animal being trained for him?
If the latter is the case, he better have receipts from the trainer to present to the court.
If it's the former? He'd still need receipts from the trainer UNLESS he claims he's the one training his "service" animal.
It's just a pet otherwise. This is big boy court jonny, things aren't true just because you say they are.

ETA...Just found this, looks like a do it yourself service animal kit. It says the animal DOESN'T need to be trained by a professional.
This has gotta be what jonny's up to.
