I kinda like him too, not in a crush way tho. I think Donald is like a hamster with a bone on a never ending treadmill. He'll find more trouble most likely. But I like his pluck to Fight the Power. At least his intention is to fight wrong doing (in his mind) whereas Yaniv is a dangerous, violent pinball predator, leaving shit wakes wherever he goes and on whatever touches.

I'll take Donald over that any day. It infuriates me that he spent 39 fucking days in the joint over Yaniv's fucking lies.

As much as I respect Donald for still fighting, I think he needs a solid hobby, maybe Farming? Dude doesn't need more trouble with the Crown.

It isn't as though JYS needs to be provoked by anyone, narcs find their own trouble. Leave the cowtipping to Kari, she's already a lolcow.

I don't think we've seen the actual document containing this claim yet, so not quite sure yet what Yaniv is claiming.

As he doesn't appear to have either registered a conflict of interest, or surreptitiously helped Yaniv out, I think we can conclude the judge isn't an actual family friend.

I think it's more likely there's a tenuous link that Yaniv is trying to overplay as the judge has not ruled in their favour. Judge David Albert was appointed in October 2018, and received congratulations in a Jewish bulletin the next month, so perhaps he is Jewish and attends the same synagogue as Mama Yaniv, or something similar?

If Yaniv has exaggerated the level of intimacy, rather than outright lied about a connection, then a perjury charge is very unlikely.

I can't find the thread detailing JJYS posting pics of Donald Smith nude, however I'm curious if they were already posted in an available public medium, or not.

The criminal code of Canada has language in it regarding sharing names od intimate (generally agreed that nude pics are intimate) images of a person without their consent. It reads:

162.1 (1) Everyone who knowingly publishes, distributes, transmits, sells, makes available or advertises an intimate image of a person knowing that the person depicted in the image did not give their consent to that conduct, or being reckless as to whether or not that person gave their consent to that conduct, is guilty

(a) of an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term of not more than five years; or(b) of an offence punishable on summary conviction.

Has DS considered filing a criminal complaint?
 
This hearing was brought on by Donald Smith’s application to compel Jessica Yaniv Simpson to produce the submissions that Judge Gaffer ordered him to produce in September 2020. The Judge informed Yaniv that his claim could not be heard in Small Claims Court but Yaniv refused to withdraw it (while simultaneously withdrawing his identical claim against Kari Simpson on the exact same guidance from the Judge).

Update 4: 10:45 AM PST​

Exit video below. Yaniv pressed the panic button on his neck pendant. There has never been a weaker, more cowardly person to walk this earth. Ever.
At 0:47 Yaniv starts shouting for police to help him. Donald hasn’t done anything and nobody has touched him. Unfortunately.

Yaniv keeps walking to his car and leaves his mother behind. Police approach to deal with the issue and they ignored Donald and Kari – as they should. They simply observed. You can tell there’s a level of frustration from the police towards Yaniv and the scene he creates everywhere he goes.

Make sure you have the volume up so you can hear Yaniv whining. It’s good fun.

At 3:10 Yaniv is driving away and makes a u-turn right into an oncoming car, forcing them to slam on the brakes before Yaniv cuts them off and speeds away like a coward.

Predictably, Yaniv whined and had the court hearing adjourned. He claimed he was bleeding from his “vagina” (not a vagina) and has a doctor’s appointment to attend.
