The "810" is commonly referred to as a Peace Bond. Violation is Contempt of Court, I believe.; suggest using CanLII for better context. The Publication Ban is possibly in place to prevent members of the public from investigating whether the constable in question is actually the same constable who was kicked out of Ontario for domestic battery and forcible confinement.
It's not known if the assumption is correct, but it's kinda unlikely the you would see a Constable from the GTA brought up on charges and suspended from active duty, then see the common name "Ghuman" creep up in the employ of the GVA police. I'm not saying there's a connection, but the very fact that they've enacted a Star Chamber protocol makes me pay a bit more attention.
Censorship fucking sucks, and what they're doing to Mr Smith is pure and unadulturated censorship. Those fucking conditions were tighter than Johnny's non-existent vag-hole. Donald is a persistent tard, I'll give him that much at least. I also find it interesting that he claims that he's being relocated. I've enclosed the bail conditions Donald was on, and the Peace Bond was basically a reiteration of this.
Donald's kinda hurting, I think emotionally. He was railroaded for his deal with Ghuman, and I think that might be why his trustee is consenting to ship him off to another province. But in reality, a lot of this is speculation, so one might be inclined to verify before confirming or denying its veracity.

I was hoping they would give us something juicy, but all we got was autism. I think Jadedlove does know Petch. Because she tried to convince us that he's not beeble. Something fishy going on there.
I still want to know what happened on October 19. You would think that if Donald did something so horrendous that Petch absolutely despises him for it, that he would be happy to tell us in detail all about it. The fact that he doesn't makes me think that Petch doesn't want us to know the details of what he was involved in when this mysterious October 19th event happened. If I had to wager a guess, it would be something pedo related. Maybe Donald messed up a grooming scheme he had going on.

I went over all of Petch's October tweets because he said "I explained in October" but found no explanation, just more sperging. It was a chore scrolling back since he made dozens of posts a day. I wonder why he protected his tweets now. Did someone find a crack in his armor? He was so cavalier about inviting everyone to research him. I get a very bad feeling about this creep. He's intelligent enough to get away with stuff.

Petch's game is trying to convince pedo's to stop drawing attention to themselves ruining it for everyone else who fly under the radar getting away with their behavior.
He's just careful in how he goes about it, trying not to appear he's doing that. Very wink wink, nudge nudge style.
Same with trannies who want access to kids in schools and libraries.
They don't attack Yaniv because they don't think he's trans, they do it because he's drawing too much negative attention to them and people are fighting back.
Go look at his posts about nude beaches and pools. it always focuses on kids at those places and discussing issues of men who like kids going to those places
and not setting off alarms with inconvenient things like erections.
Petch is one of those guys who's too afraid actually act things out, he just sticks to just creeping around watching kids from a distance and far enough away
from parents and the general public so that his fear of people doesn't manifest itself into nervous ticks, shaking and sweating which will alert them somethings up.
If he does act on things, it's very likely overseas in countries where there is a market for people like him and a very low chance of getting caught.
He's literally a walking, talking stereotype of the socially crippled, uber nerdy guy who couldn't get laid to save his life in normal situations where money doesn't change
hands or there isn't a massive level of power and manipulation going on. I wouldn't doubt for a second he's bisexual and targeted Donald as well, trying to draw
him into his creepy little world exploiting Donalds mental issues.

He mentions Anna & other reporters & such contacting him (rebel media?)
If he does have serious support, I can imagine them letting him do it himself with little instruction so as not to tip their hand to JY. Then they show up in court with him.
