This stuff is going on at the Community court on Gore Street, not the regular court rooms at 222 Main.
Community courts were set up several years ago in the old pre-trial jail building on the same block to deal with criminal issues involving drug addicts and the mentally ill.

Would be funny to see Jonathan cause a scene and get his block knocked off by one of the locals.
