I think saying he is just yelling is understating what he's doing. It is not just yelling but what he's yelling and often what he's yelling is far beyond silly.

He's 100% right about how it all went down though.
The cops were waiting for Donald and he was warned multiple times to stay away from the court by the Police, people on his stream and myself.
The confusion started when Keean named me as the person who got arrested. He didn't know Donald's name and we hadn't talked yet when he did that stream.

Is Michael petch @beeble ? I for one appreciate donalds commitment to the cause. It's obvious that pedophiler yaniv have posted his personal info all over line. And yet he is the one getting arrested. I see nothing wrong what so ever with what Donald have done in regards to Jonathan. He is only telling the truth, and is harassed by the government for doing so.

I fully support Donald's cause. I think he should just stop yelling and cussing at authority figures, for his own sake, but he has every right to go after Yaniv.
Yaniv needs to be accountable for what they do and so does Donald. He's not getting a raw deal. He's getting his ass handed to him because he lacks common sense and any level of restraint and has for as long as I have been aware of Donald. I think until recently in this Yaniv vs Smith fight that police were looking the other way and just letting these two hammer on each other. If one reviews the history in all this Donald engaged Yaniv first. At the BCHRT accused Yaniv of being a pedo because Yaniv was supporting a kids pool party. Donald was first to contact Yaniv and make obscene calls (from his Google phone) and things escalated from there. Donald made multiple calls to Yaniv on livestream I have no idea how many he made when off his stream. I doubt it is the dozens/day Yaniv claims. Where Donald messed up was when he made a threat about the security Yaniv will need if he (Donald) shows up at Yaniv's court appearance. He then made it a deeper hole when he called the RCMP to rat on Yaniv yet again. RCMP asked him about a threat Yaniv informed them about. Donald confirmed he said it. RCMP told him it sounded like a potential threat and not to go to Yaniv's court appearance. Donald refused to listen.
I noticed that Donald claims the warrant was issued on December 3rd. They likely wanted him to show up so that he was physically present in the same area as Yaniv and gives more credibility to the implied threat. What is also interesting is that the warrant predates the December 4th "Furious" video where he made a specific physical threat and didn't care about going to jail. Well, guess what - almost a self fulfilling prophecy. After the Furious video Donald was seemingly aware of the trouble he could be in and then it all unravelled in a very predictable way.
Problem is that it isn't just authority figures. In Alberta he has targeted his neighbor and other non-authority figures.
Not sure how many here know this but after he uttered the threats to a police officer in Vancouver back in May or June and had a peace bond against him - he decided he was giving up the cop watching and wanted to cover sports events like the Whitecaps and do real journalism. Was a rare time where I thought he might just be getting it together. Then by late July the entire Yaniv thing exploded and he decided to become part of the news rather than just report it. Unfortunately that created an environment that put him back in his old ways again. Not against an authority figure, but another civilian. Like another well known far right media outlet Donald went from journalist to activist. I remember the video where he said "Journalism 101" and quite literally beat his chest like King Kong when he found Janiv's phone number in a Tweet. It has been a slow motion car wreck ever since. The only person who seems oblivious to the collision is Donald.
I hope that in January when he finally deals with his EComm charges, he gets his good camera back. I also hope by that time he realizes he doesn't need to be in the Yaniv fight and Yaniv can dig their own hole without him in the picture. Maybe then he can go back to the idea of trying to be a journalist covering sporting events and other things. Might be good if he started seeing about refereeing hockey again.

If you followed Donald pre-Yaniv you'd realize there are a group of people who have been creating fake email accounts (or spoofing the sender) for a long time. They watch his videos, take facts and things he says and then use them in abusive emails. In fact I could probably link some of those emails to an individual who posts on the malicious slandering website that Donald likes to refer to it. For over a year, someone/people send fake emails that appear to come from the victims but are meant to bait Donald into doing something stupid, and Donald takes the bait hook line and sinker. Do I think some emails came from Yaniv early on? - yep I do, but there is something curiously familiar about the emails that seem to flood in these days? Yep. Do I think it is also possible some in the anti-Yaniv crowd are doing some of it? Yup. Do I think some of them might even be in Langley - yep. Do I believe that there is more to a lot of this stuff being used to bait Donald - yes.
Note: the malicious slandering website is also used to bait Donald. Since Donald can't stop himself from watching what other say on that site about him they go there and make posts seemingly come from some of his victims or groups he has interacted with. Salvation Army, Antifa, upstairs neighbor, transit cops, the police. You name it they toss that into the From field and Donald believes most of it is real and coming from those people and then he ratchets up the attacks. My view is there is a group that is specifically baiting with the intention of having him break the law some more and getting Donald to put himself into more trouble.
If police can't track the identity of the actual sender back to Yaniv there isn't anything they can do. It is all pure speculation. With Donald he puts the abuse online in his videos and we see what he does publicly. That kind of evidence makes things pretty clear cut when it goes from Donald to Yaniv. That is also something I don't think Donald recognizes.

It seems like he's decided to ignore the question. Which makes me think he is.
I met Donald when I lived in Fort McMurray in the early part of this decade when he went after the Salvation Army. I met im in a bar. That's my own encounter with him and I didn't know who he really was until he made the local paper. He fell off my radar until a friend of mine who works for the city of Medicine Hat became one of his targets in one of his videos. That was when he worked as a member of the blackcoat media group a few years back. From that point I took a real interest in what Donald was doing and have been watching the same thing play out repeatedly. Until Yaniv he hadn't met his match in someone playing the victim card as the abuser. That makes this situation new for Donald, but it also shows to what extreme he's willing to take things. After seeing all the Yaniv related stuff, I can only hope that criminal charges against Donald in Alberta stick and they put him on a leash and require him to get mental health support as part of his conditions of release/probation. Until he meets real consequences for what he does he's going to keep doing this. I'm not surprised that he targeted the child of a Twitter user because they were calling Donald out. Didn't surprise me when he made videos about the child that were distasteful and ignorant. But that is Donald being Donald.
Separate from Donald - Yaniv deserves to be in jail too,.
