What I really appreciate about this thread is how illuminating it has been about professional gaming. Like, I never would have guessed that someone could be so good at Street Kombat Caliber Z that people would blow him out of sheer admiration. It's like whoring yourself out to a Jenga expert.
Also, apparently being good at video games makes you more conceited than actually being good at something cool. This is a recurring phenomenon, it seems.
