Now that the dust has settled, this really is the one interesting thing that happened at E3 this year.
I really can't remember much else. Microsoft teased a new platform but didn't say much more than "it's called Project Scarlet and it's coming by Christmas 2020", aaaaaaand... there was an obnoxious screaming guy throughout Bethesda's conference, when they announced more Fallout 76 junk and a mobile game.
That's all I can remember from E3 2019.

When I first saw the subject of this thread I thought it was a coy reference to Fallout 76. But the dog shitting on the floor was actually a better thing.
