What I want to know is how Ralph was found guilty of assaulting a cop. Why would you not plead out in that situation? The two police officers literally saw you do it, there is no way in hell you're going to get a judge to believe you didn't.

Though the document I posted does seem to have some good info otherwise(found a suspended twitter account of his).

Also, I know Gator mentioned the hit and run with the mailbox/ditch before, but not sure if it was put 2 and 2 together this it was related to this charge(or that it happened 2 days after the Pillstream).
 
There was also that voicemail from the police or someone else saying "we found your bumper please come pick it up" from when someone got access to his voicemail or some shit, probably lost to time at this point.
What I've always wondered is how he didn't get in trouble for the hit and run since he was on probation, shouldn't that have had some effect?

Charging statute if anyone wants to read it can be found here. I don't know what compels a man to drive 65 in a 30mph zone or collect Class 1 Misdemeanors like it's some sort of contest. If I were to guess, he probably had his phone out too, which makes him subject to a mandatory $250 penalty.

You have got to be kidding me. This fat fuck can't go a year without getting some kind of traffic ticket. How is he still licensed to drive?

It says the offense date was June 13. Was that before his Florida trip?

I thought he lost his license? This is why it's always been bizarre that whenever he has been asked for ID by police he says he only has his passport on him.

I think the most surprising thing about his driving is not getting into any crashes or more tickets. He drives like a lunatic even when he's not driving drunk and high.
