Is there any news on the hearing from yesterday?
I looked up some similar housing cases from the week of November 23, and none of them had judgments or updates from their court date entered electronically. It may be a long wait.

edit: now that I look again I see many cases which were updated the day of or the next week. I honestly feel like I'm being gaslit. With that in mind, remember that DSP is item 94 of 100 for the week, so his case possibly hasn't even been heard yet.

Does it show the actual last week where they had the judgements put into record?

I hate to be the guy who's asking about it instead of having updates, bumping the thread and making everyone excited but...

....any update?
If you go to the case link in the OP, you can check. It will take some time for MidFirst to file whatever they're going to file.

you know i never check that link on page 1. i just did and noticed they already appraised the property. 59k?
does that mean thats all he would owe? or does he owe more than that?

There are two parts to this answer.

* The first is, he may not be liable for any of it because of the bankruptcy discharge. The results I found on this combination of events (foreclosure on an underwater property -> bankruptcy -> discharge) were not directly applicable because they all discussed above-water properties or primary residences only. I'm not sure how relevant these facts are frankly.

* The second is, yes but the other way around, he owes $100k (mortgage value) - $59k (assessed value) = $41k deficiency. Strict foreclosure in CT means that the bank agrees to take the assessed value in cash rather than waiting for a formal auction and we believe that any suits over the deficiency could only be over that $41k, even if the foreclosure sale is for a different amount.

didnt they filed a motion to bypass bankruptcy?

Not in the way I think you are thinking. Filing bankruptcy automatically stayed all foreclosure hearings until the bankruptcy trial was concluded. The motion to lift the stay that MidFirst filed let them proceed despite the ongoing bankruptcy- it did not give them special rights or privileges in the foreclosure other than speeding up the whole affair.

worst case scenario is probably a years worth of midfirst's legal bills

He could sell his account I've heard people doing that in Warcraft and other such games I'd bet there's some nudnik out there with money to burn that doesn't want to spend years pulling for muscleman waifus and is happy with Piggy's sloppy seconds.
Except its tied to his apple id and scopley really cracks down hard on it.

Its literally worthless

This situation is an excellent example of Phil's bad traits fucking him. Even if he was smart enough to have money saved up, he has his "Fuck you, I'm not paying!" attitude ensuring that in the event he gets hit with a deficiency judgment he's still being a deadbeat.

I looked into it a while ago and the absolute maximum Phil could get for a WWE Champions account with the roster he has is about $1K.

He'd be lucky to get that. More likely no one would buy it because Phil's ego would never let him list it for the $300 to $600 that actually might get someone to buy it.

You're all forgetting something: that account is nuclear waste just like Phil himself. No one is going to volunteer to have that target on their back forever. It's not like Phil is going to announce that he sold his account, so we're not going to believe it when they claim to not be him.

Besides that, on the off chance they DID prove themselves to be someone else, that exposes what Phil did, which he can't afford because that's basically admission.
