Why did National Geographic choose this pose of him grabbing his crotch?

When a normal parent sees his 4-yr-old son abusing his genitals, the first thing to come to mind is whether he has been sexually molested.

True. If a 4 year old child says he wants his genitals gone - then something is fucking wrong and no that doesn't mean your son is a "girl". You don't ensure him that his healthy male genitals shouldn't exist.

you really don't understand what intersexed people face.

Intersex is different from transgender. Intersex people have actual physical abnormalities within their reproductive systems and/or chromosomes. Trans people have normal, healthy bodies but want to be the opposite sex.

But the worst trannies like to use intersex as an example to garner sympathy for themselves and make people think they have an actual physical problem. Some of the worst trannies even lie about being intersex. Hmmmm.

Avery probably realizes all this attention on him keeps his Mother happy, so to him, I think he's going along with this because Debi enjoys the attention it brings, by the time if/when he wants to rebel, the consequences will be already done.
Which is what I think most of the people here fear. As was said earlier, children this young don't really have a sense of self beyond amusing themselves and making mommy/daddy happy. If any part of their questionable diagnosis is wrong, that kid is fucked up forever.

It's Diné/Navajo religious concept that transtrenders have bastardized to serve their ends.

It means that today's snowflakes can't wrap their heads around the idea that native cultures weren't actually bastions of tolerance and equality for all, so in many, especially those with very clearly delineated gender roles, if you were an effeminate guy dude you weren't even considered an actual man but something in between man and woman.

There are no native gender identities that are available for both males and females to take, these in between roles were still limited in scope, and all of them had homosexuality as their primary trait. now gender trenders like to claim that natives saying "effeminate gay men aren't real men and sticking your dick in one isn't gay" is actually the epitome of progressivism and equality for every made-up gender.

It is basically racist "noble savage/ecological Indian" bullshit, common in academia and borne of white guilt. maybe if they just talk enough about how perfect everything was in pre columbian america, those peeohcee will think these white academics are some of the good ones!

So National Geographics has an 'editor's note' article defending the piece, which they've evidently received a lot of criticism for, and the comments section is a must-read.

First though, I find it somewhat amusing that the example of a 'critical' tweet is "National Geographic is trying to brainwash young people into thinking this kind of degeneracy is normal. #GenderRevolution" so, they obviously went for one that could easily be framed as 'anti-trans' instead of all the people saying something along the lines of "this is child abuse."

Anyway, most of the comments is people complaining about this kid supposedly being certain about transitioning at 4, and people retorting with stuff like "So you're a PHD in child psychology then?" or "You don't have any proof!" without offering any real evidence of their own. Oh yeah, and a lot of trannies saying "I was certain I wanted to transtion at 5/4/3/2 years old" (yes, someone actually claims they knew they were transgender at 2, if it's not a Poe then that's fucked up).

I noticed that a TON of the retort comments were coming from one person, presumable tranny Diane Skoll, who has her own web 1.0 looking website with some bad standup videos. Could be worth looking more into. Amusingly she apparently works for some company that makes anti-virus and spam filter software, and has written a few PERL modules, which would ironically make her ten times the "woman in tech" that Brianna Wu is.

Just, WTF.

Just, WTF.

If it's no one's business other than the "child and the family's" then why the fuck is Debi telling the entire world her "daughter's" life story?

You know what's always a wild ride? Going and looking up information about childhood development at the age these trans kids were first transition by their parents. Here's a seven year old boy who doesn't understand the conservation of mass a trait that is typical at this age, but he's still struggling with.

Why does noone seem to know the basics of safeguarding in these circles? Like, at all???
Any child that young with intimate knowledge of their genitalia, the genitals of others, sexuality or really anything beyond "I wee out of this" is considered to be a potential victim of sexual abuse. 'Gender' at this age means whether they play with the pink toy or blue toy, not what their dick does. All of these parents coming up with stories about "Yeah my sweet little princess decided at two years old that she wanted her dick chopped off" are essentially admitting that they've either been forcefully educating their children about genitalia to the extent that a child would feel uncomfortable with a body part they cannot fully comprehend or that their child has been sexually abused in some manner and they have not sought any help for the child.
Or, ya know, that they're making this shit up.

Kids that age rarely know the difference between boys and girls beyond 'girls normally have longer hair', if my son was talking about wanting his genitals gone I'd be bringing him in to see a counsellor and taking a good look at everyone I've left him alone with.

That's because you all aren't self-centered batshit nutters thinking of the next grift/burst of publicity/people you can pose in photos next to.

transgirlmomhatespeech.png

You just know this bitch was rifling through closets and catalogs picking out what to wear (and what she can do to make Avery really stand out) when she's at a podium addressing Congress about "muh hate speeches", rather than having an actual concern for her safety or for that of her child. Her vanity project has exposed them to this and she's lapping it up; that's a level of psychopathy even the Goobergrope girls didn't possess. They at least pretended to be scared and tried to make up shit about it. This one is openly chomping at the bit for every scrap of publicity she can get.
